Unlimited listening lie

My partner and I both paid for the yearly subscription for us so we could listen to our stuff at work and halfway through the first week we hit our “listening limit”
I cannot express how annoyed we are at this.

Otherwise this is great but the sole reason we got it was to be able to listen during our shifts.
