Be very careful do not deal with this company. It’s ran by one guy out of his garage. And he likes to Terminate Account without Cause. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my entire life..

No App Badge
It doesn’t have an App Badge so you can’t tell if new messages are waiting.
I’m grateful but needs work
It’s pretty slow when navigating and all views are buggy. It really needs in line photos like other messaging apps also
Doesn’t work right for mms with text
If a text is sent to a textable account with a picture and text, only the picture is received. I was going back and forth with their support to try and get that fixed. I hadn’t heard from them for a few days, so I canceled the account. It canceled it immediately even though I paid for a full month a few days ago. I doubt there will be any refund for the remainder of the month.

Great but not there yet
Reliable service, works well with Twilio. The app is still a beta version in my opinion. Contact management is terrible and badges are not working, as examples. (Yep, I authorized them)

Made my head hurt... and my users angry.
Tried using this for our business with 10 team members. In the end only 2 out of 10 are using it now, because theirs were the only numbers it worked for consistently.
For most users it never worked and caused many more problems than good. We went through everything with Twilio multiple times, ran diagnostics. It came down to Textable. Tried emailing their support and calling them... no answer.
Very sad because I think there’s a lot of potential and the interface is clean yet sleek. I have to give one star because nothing else matters if it doesn’t perform its basic purpose... sending and receiving messages.

Works great with Twilio!
I’ve been using both the web and mobile apps to communicate with customers using a Twilio phone number. No problems at all!
Sort of works with some serious issues
I was able to set it up pretty easily using twilio. It works well for texting and can receive images. Some giant issues though. The first is there is no way to navigate back from a text message when you only have one. You are stuck in the message or can go to you login. Once you have 2 messages it opens up another pane/menu. The other is if you get a file there is no way to save it. Would be great to have save to phone or standard menu on the iPhone- send via text, email, save to photos, etc. beyond that it seems great.

This app is extremely useful and easy to set up when paired with a supported provider.

It limited mobile number.. you can’t use it for HongKong, Japan... mobile number

The app is simple and functional. Takes advantage of low sms cost from providers like flowroute or twilio instead of inflated fixed monthly costs from similar services.
Please avoid
Phone app is useless, every time you want to check new message you have to quit app and start all over again. It opens conversation at the beginning, you have to scroll it down every time. Super slow

Works perfectly with Twilio
This is an awesome app and is working perfectly with our Twilio account. We are now able to use SMS and MMS on our business which allows us to interact better with our customers.

It Works!
Using Flowroute as our trunk provider and only care about SMS. App seems to work great so far, I can successfully send and receive texts. The texts come through and go out promptly. I have not tried short codes which I don’t care about for this purpose.

When Rogers removed SMS fwd on their network I ported my unused personal cel number to voip.ms and use this app to still get text messages. Great app, the suggested contacts is working well!
Received picture messages don't display
I'd give more stars but the app only shows an empty rectangle in lieu of a received picture. I have to login to the Twilio console to see whatever I was sent.
