U hv to be a millionaire to afford this app
Works great but the cost is $12.99 for 30 min!!!! Unconscionable to shaft those with severe disabilities. I thought I was buying the app but it was just 30 min worth of use!!! Then they want another 12.99 for another 30 min. Can’t say I have ever encountered such an expensive app. Anyone know of a good & affordable app for those who cannot hear?

Fast and Accurate, needs subscription
You have a great product here but you really need a better pricing plan. 30 cents per minute, you have to be joking. This could be so useful for deaf people or teachers, but not at the one, very expensive price point you offer. Get more price tiers and a subscription price going and then I’ll think about it.
Also, needs long duration from these “packets”. That’s the problem with selling a pet minute product. Telecoms figured this out a long time ago.

Dreadful
Absolute waste of precious time. I'm trying to get a refund. Podge
No better than Notes with voice input
Complete con at $8.99 for 30 min and making it so easy to order by mistake. Bad!!
Free only on android phones. Costs $8.99 on iOS Apple iPhones
They shouldn’t be allowed to charge the disabled people for this but they do, and it’s completely free on android phones
Complete scam
Charging $8.99 for 30min of transcriptions to the hearing impaired community is outrageous! Google live transcribe is free and also more accurate than this app.
Should be banned from the App Store.

BAD
I’m so sorry. Not good at all.
WARNING - Thieving scumbags
This app is a disgrace like many others. The interface is not user friendly and whilst trying to get the thing to work I accidentally incurred an £8.99 charge just to use the app for a further 30 minutes!!!!!! Which wasn’t working in the first place. In total probably possessed the app for 2 minutes and didn’t even use it for £8.99.
Do not click the blue writing.
Also struggling to get a refund on this.
The makers of this app should be ashamed of themselves.
If I had accidentally paid £1 I wouldn’t feel have as angry about this.

Free on Android, too expensive on iPhone
Why does it cost $9 for 30 minutes on iPhone? It is a free app on my husband’s Samsung Android phone and it works beautifully. My husband gives it 5 stars on his phone. I’m hard of hearing and am thinking of getting an Android just for this app.
$8.99 for 30 minutes!!
They are just kidding!! Scammers
TextHear for Android is way better than the iPhone App
It’s too bad this app is going to get terrible ratings for the iPhone version. It isn’t at all the same quality as the one for Androids and is not really free.
Too$$$$
I agree with above . Paying for only 30 min at a time is not sustainable for something you need to use on a regular basis
Rip off - £8.99 for 30mins
Absolute rip off £8.99 for 30mins. Not clear anywhere until you've paid £120 for the adaptor and downloaded this app, which has no pricing detailed unless you use it. Trading standards misrepresentation and actual discrimination of the deaf by this appalling mis-selling of a product.
Great transcription, terrible pricing model
Transcription quality is fine, however the pricing structure is unusable. In-app purchase of $8.99 for 30 minutes is far too expensive, and prohibits me from using this for conversations with my hearing impaired family members. I am disappointed, and have no choice but to continue looking for an app with similar functionality but which does not have this very limiting price structure.

$$$$
I thought I found something good to transcribe for me when I don’t have my sound processors on my implants. But this costs money to use. Way too much money in my opinion. I’ll move on in my search for a more affordable application. I gave one star only because I had to in order to send the review.

Tried it at home after technology update day at AOHL -during the first free credit it only picked up two words I was saying then credit ran out but mortified when prompt came up saying it's £8.99 for each 30 mins credit and no other options of prices and I think it should be £5 per month for unlimited usage would be more reasonable and affordable - no idea how you would make the money out of this if it's too expensive for people to buy in first place. It's a real shame as deaf like myself or hard of hearing would hugely benefit from this.
