Marginally effective

I have extreme blocking switched on which is supposed to block all messages from all others but my contacts, yet I still get spam messages from many others that are not in my contacts

Can’t get a hold of support

Would love to love this app, but it categorizes my son’s texts as unknown in spite of being classified as known and being added to the allow list. Written in 3x for help. No response. 🤷‍♀️
