A mess

A seemingly good idea but many glitches make it only harder to communicate important information to guests. The service cannot handle properly sending links, or using special characters. My texts were botched all wedding weekend. Biggest waste of money ever!

Used for my wedding - very unprofessional

I used this for my wedding to notify our guests of upcoming events, timeline changes, and to send scheduled welcome and thank you messages. Some scheduled messages never sent while others did. Some scheduled messages were double sent hours apart from each other. This caused confusion for our guests and came off very unprofessional.

I requested a refund and was told one was coming. Never saw it post on my credit card or account. I gave up. I would not recommend using this app for any type of event.

Texts great but doesn't support "live" photos

This app was fine in terms of sending bulk texts. A major downside though is sending photos through this app. Hence I don't think it's quite worth the money. Anytime someone would send a "live" photo it turned out blurry. I would say for 1/3 of photos the resolution was horrible and I had to ask for them to be resent via iMessage or Facebook Messenger.

Desperately needs UX/UI updates

Horrible UI. Nothing about this app is intuitive. From. Heuristics analysis standpoint, this app fails miserably.

Great idea but I can tell it’s still a start up. Needs more UX work

Pros: if you’re a conscious engaged couple planning a wedding this is a woman owned business and an environmental way to communicate with guests.

The app has capacity for photos but not the website.

Guests can text back with out the reply all feature that texts have

Cons: It is not worth the price when wedding websites do similar texts. I thought I’d get a lot more technology than I did.

There’s a word limit!

No video or GIF capacity! I wanted to provide video updates to guests. That was busy and I had to end up using WhatsApp.

Not a great user experience. When using the app on vertical mode the question bubble blocks the send button
