Messages issue
Why am I sending messages and not delivering sometimes, or not receiving messages too sometimes
Lost number, can’t get new one
Apparently the app doesn’t support my region (North America) anymore….
Took my money
I paid for an annual subscription and could not make 1 phone call and I was able to send a text which was supposed to be unlimited calls and texts within the U.S., but it said that I was sending too many text messages after 1 message. After about a week of going around and around with some bot pretending to be live support, and being denied a refund request 3 times by the App Store I just deleted it and gave up. Senseless and for no reason. I’m out $50.

For some reason, my purchase of a yearly subscription for 39.99 and of 2 separate credit bundles was credited to an account that is not mine and I was not signed in with when I made the purchases. It’s been about a week and I get nowhere. I’ve opened several tickets that must be AI on the other end but they won’t fix it or refund the purchases. It said 3 day free trial and then 39.99 a year but it charges the full amount immediately and doesn’t provide the service paid for or offer a refund.

I used to love this app bc it was free. It’s not free anymore. You have to pay minimum 70$ / year.
