Free numbers don’t work
So sometimes when I pick a free number it doesn’t work or I can’t get a free number and it says it’s not in my region and if you contact support they’ll tell you that is that it’s true it’s not available in your region anymore but then two weeks later I’m able to use the app again and everything is fine well now it’s been almost a month since I could use it and it is very annoying.I hope that they fix the absolute cause I’m sure not the only one that has problems with it

Doesn’t work
My phone is broken so I downloaded this app on an old phone and it just says it’s not available. Won’t even allow me to create a new account.

Keep crashing, after a day or two will stop working, dont fall for it

Suspends account randomly for no valid reason. There are much better apps than this one. Avoid the headache and hassle

This app ruined me
I used it to talk to my mom and other family members but out of nowhere Sunday 30 of august 2026 they suspended for sending a text to my coworker, 24 hours my suspension was lifted then I didn’t use it till Tuesday September 1st ( day I post this) and they suspended AGAIN me for sending ONE message to my mother letting her know her mail had arrived.. can’t get ahold of a human for help and if I get one more suspension my account could be banned.. they won’t tell me why I have these suspensions just a robot that says I’m raising spam flags when I barely text. Plz reach out to me and fix this textPlus I’ve been with you since I was 17 and I’m turning 28 on the second of September (day after this post ) .

Fake advertising of Free Trial Not Legitimate Platform.
Insted of this you can use TextNow atleast they give small Trial.
Calls drop out or it don’t even ring on your side
I have messaged some many times regarding the calls cutting off at 15 minutes or the phone doesn’t ring on my side. They keep saying it is my internet, or delete the app and reinstall, log out and turn off my phone and turn on my phone and log into app. That doesn’t work either. I am also paying for premium. Please fix this app is it so annoying having to do all this and yet it doesn’t work. Was good when I first started using it.
