Constant unreasonable suspensions.
This is a bad app. After you get comfortable with it and give your number to relatives and friends to start using it, then it starts suspending service for 24 hours without a valid reason. They want you force you to buy premium. Talk about bait and switch.

Asked my friend yesterday if they were picking me up at 6, that’s it- and my account was suspended for 12 hours for violating something within terms of service? Just tried this morning and now it’s suspended for a day. God forbid I was in an actual emergency. I absolutely do not recommend this app.

Doesn’t let you create account with email other than google or apple.

I now use Swiss email service and with that I am not allowed to sign-up. Once it happened within 72 hours my account was flagged for suspicion because I also use vpn and tracker prevention apps.
If you turn vpn on or tracker prevention on expect to be booted from the app.Because your privacy means nothing all these companies want to spy on you.
Switching back to basic dumb phone, standalone gps, camera keeping gadgets separately not only helps your pocket in long run but prevents your data from damages too.

Logging out individuals
You need to stop logging out individuals anyhow. It makes ones to stop using text plus please try to set it up well. My friend said she has been logged out from it several times.

I used it the first day text 7 people the app blocked me saying I violated terms of service? No idea what I did I was blocked 24 hours. Then after I was unblocked I messaged 3 people and it said I violated terms of service and now I am blocked for 2 days what is the use of a text app if you get blocked for texting? Garbage app

Worst App
Literally the worst app I have ever seen in my entire life… An App that could stop you from texting and restrict you for 24hrs or say you violated their service meanwhile you only texted one person.
Getting blocked for sending messages?;
Usually, I try not to post negativity on reviews. But when it’s needed, sometimes you just got to. With this app, it works half the time and the other half the time I cannot send or view messages. It has happened a handful of times and every time I reach out to customer support I get a AI response. Not a real person when I reach out for support it takes days to get back to me in the situation is not resolved. Hopefully they can get it together like the rest of the third-party apps.
