Sadly, the food was very disappointing. The chicken was warm not hot, chips were hard, tasted stale. Won’t be ordering from here again

Never had a bad meal and the app is super easy to use. Fast delivery and the food always arrives hot. Portions are excellent and amazing value for money!
Rubbish
Rubbish and service is not good ordered and my order and it arrived late over 1.5 hours after order and it was cold
Needs work
Ordering was hard work via the app. Firstly when I put in my phone number it said that this number was associated with another account (despite me having never ordered with TFC before) and asked if I wanted to assign the number to the new account. I said ‘Yes’ and it sent me a 4 digit number via text, but no where in the app does it ask for this number so you just get stuck in a loop. In the end I deleted the account I had created and instead went through password reset option, it seems I do have an account but I’m guessing this is with food hub not TFC, that’s unclear on the app. Then it came to payment, I put in my 3 digit security and it came up with a unfamiliar error message ‘unknown parameters’ - no idea. I tried again and worked fine.
