Log in problems.

I’ve had this app for a long time. I removed it today. I cannot get it to take my user name or password.
It’s right. It locked me out after just two tries when I know what I’m putting in is the right password and name. Now I have to wait till Monday again to get help to unlock it and it’s just a simple thing. It locks all the time you cannot use the app

I have been having trouble for weeks with trying to get this app to work. It won’t load! Have to go to the browser to see banking information! Please fix.
