THIS APP NEEDS WORK

I elected paperless. This app crashes every time I hit the icon to view statements or forms. I submitted 4 help requests and each time received an email that someone would get back to me in 72 hours. it’s been 40 days and I’ve heard nothing. I guess they meant 72 days. Too long for a help desk response. I AM DONE WITH THIS APP.
