Confusing and borderline useless

I want to use the bike in sat on, it’s extremely complicated to setup, requires house amounts of personal data, and still does not work.

Make the app just work for someone sat on the equipment.

Outside Exercise

Love this equipment part of my dog walk now!

Woodhatch park RH1

Cross trainer is stiff and don’t turn smoothly and the bikes seat is missing. Needs replacing

Cumberland market is not anymore

Hello I have gone to Cumberland market to exercise but there is not anymore. Please update the app!
Btw I have been yesterday in the one near Charing gross station and I enjoyed it very much!
Just please update the app
Thanks

Really Helpful

Found the app really helpful to find free to use gyms near me and then log my workouts while there.

Useful App

Much improved and does what is needed of it to help find a local TGO outdoor gym

Great way to find a gym near you

Helped me find my nearest gym and track what equipment I used. It also linked me through to free classes and courses that I can do on the gyms. Will definitely keep using!

Great App

Really interesting and useful app to help me find information about my nearest outdoor gym and track my activity

Great app

The app worked really well for me. It showed me exactly where my nearest gym was activities that I could do once I got there.

Find outdoor gyms

Find out what’s in your nearest one by using this app. There are plenty of outdoor gyms to find. If you click on the map icon you can zoom in and out over your location to see easily what’s around you.

There are also links to classes and courses. On new sites you can vary the resistance.

Really useful app

I love exercising at outdoor gyms. This app gives me loads of different workout options. I love the variety. They’ve got some great instructors and the classes are easy to follow. I’m always on the lookout tor the new stuff they add on.

Ceejay

As a data protection officer I can tell you the amount of data you are harvesting is bordering on illegal. Refused to input and deleted App.

Terrible app!

Terrible app, it was just frustrating to use. Don’t download! It needs a design overhaul. Functionality is shocking.

Don’t see the point

The sign up info required was not too much - age, gender and general level of activity - but there is very little that seemed useful except the location of nearby parks that have the equipment. There is an option to create a workout plan, but no explanation about how to use or apply any such plan. I shall delete it to save space on my phone

Outdoor gyms are great, forcing us to share our private data is not

I’ve seen more and more of the TGO outdoor gyms appearing in London, which is a great thing given how accessible and inclusive they are. However, why the companion app needs to know my ethnicity, long term health condition and household income (!!) is beyond me - I’d like to tell you that this data isn’t sold or shared but the privacy policy in the app is for lawyers only, TLDR. You can’t skip this incredibly invasive sign up, so here’s a quick heads up to save you the bother of downloading

Bad app

App requires too much personal information. Personally I lied to get past it. It tells you locations of places they have gyms which seems true, but gives you false information of what they have. When you arrive you get different equipment and more often than not it’s less than what they tell you. Photos are also of the different places.

Won’t even recognise postcode to log in

Completely unnecessary data collection doesn’t even work. I can’t create a login because it will not accept any post code and yet requires a post code to create a login

Doesn’t let me add my postcode

Pretty self explanatory. Fix it

Unnecessary data collection

We shouldn’t be forced to enter all this personal data. I accept they want to know who is using the equipment, but this is a bad way to do it

Crashes and doesn’t work at all

Poor app...
