Horrible flaw in the app
Everything looks good and clean except for one key design flaw - clear selection of the order location. App needs to make it plainly obvious which location the order is being put into and allow correction. I am now driving 1hr to pick up my order from a different location… nightmare

Beware it forces tips. Got a surprise when processing ApplePay that my order was $10 more than in the total. This is a take-out only place. I tried to stop but it had already gone through. I’m happy to tip good service but never when it’s forced like this.
Please fix your checkout process
Paying using this app is a nightmare. It doesn’t allow you to select cards from saved one.
If you try to pay by just adding the payment manually it doesn’t allow you to do it without saving the card in app and even then 2/3 of times will not process it and when it does you have duplicates of the same card saved and to top it off, you can’t delete anyone of them.
Previous app was far superior than this junk.

Some improvements
Listen, if I’m anything, it’s the number one fan of Noodle Wave. I love all their food, literally. Everything is sooo good and usually always holds up to their standards.
When I found out there was an app, I downloaded it immediately. However I found a few things that should be an option in the app.
First: canceling orders. I have not seen an option to cancel orders in the app. Having that option for like ten minutes after placing orders would be great for customers who want to cancel their orders or modify it and replace their order.
Second: having an option to keep items in the cart/view older placed items in the cart. I’ve accidentally closed the app a few times with my order being modified in the app and I’ve had to restart the process. Having this feature would definitely save time and effort for the customer, we can pick up whenever we left off.
Third: increasing the delivery range. I am just outside the delivery range so I have to come in person to pick up orders, however increasing the range would be phenomenal. The range used to be to my house on DoorDash last year but in recent months they have reduced the range.
Fourth: having an option to pay with cash. I would like the option to pay with cash if possible. Sometimes I want to place an order for someone who is picking it up and who will pay, but I don’t have their payment method to input it into the app. Yes, I could pay and get reimbursed from that person but it would be easier if a cash option was available (pay in store).
