I’m a member and am not able to register for using this app.
Doesn’t work
Tried to reinstall few times but still hang. It’s a pity, because it could help the members

You guys have a lot of work to do. The facial recognition system is not working. This took a lot of time to set up only to be rejected. I would expect better.

Was able to register without issue the first time. Hoping it will make it easier to book their EPA services. Thank you for making this app!
Why use this ?
App hangs if you verify the phone number before you verify the email
Cannot login
I have tried to use this app for a number of years but have been largely unsuccessful. I managed it once and saved my details in 1Password. The next time the app was updated my login details did not work. Pressing “Forgot password?”, the app sends an OTP to my email address but I never receive it. Don’t bother, the app is useless.
