Horrible customer service
I had an issue with my download counter showing downloads I couldn’t figure out who did or why I didn’t get paid. They said I downloaded them myself and thus why it only showed in the download counter and nowhere else. I told them that it was a mistake bc I had not done this and then the Agent basically called me a liar and deleted my account for spamming. SO WHATEVER YOU DO DO NOT TRY TO REPORT ISSUES WITH THEIR APP OR SITE, THEY DO NOT CARE AND WILL JUST DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT WARNING!!! Even the link they sent about there legal policy pertaining to spamming was a 404 error.

Awful
Main pages load fine, but as soon as you search you get no pictures. I’m logged in to my account and go to my membership accounts, nothing but text no pictures. In the grid view or other list view after searching no pictures just text. Too bad you all don’t try you app before you publish updates. Apple iPad

Broken links
App needs some tlc, searching just gives broken picture placeholders, makes it kinda useless to use if you can’t see the prints !
Used to be great
It used to be great and was super easy to search for models. Now a majority of the time the images won’t even load so I don’t know what model I’m looking at. I wish they would fix it.
Can’t see the photos
I can’t see the photos most of the time. Just boxes with the no symbol thing. Very frustrating.

Unusable still
App refuses to allow login. Always says email mfa token is invalid. Tried a dozen times over multiple months.
No reason to use anymore
I’ve been using this app for a while, and I really only used it to search across multiple websites for models. It was fast and convenient. But not only has it been having issues loading the pages in the actual app, they’ve seemingly gotten rid of all cross platform searching, leaving 95% of the models locked behind memberships or a paywall in general. It defeats the whole purpose of it for me, and I would imagine it’s the same for a lot of other people. If that’s for you, then try it. Otherwise, use Yeggi or something similar.

Good but not great
I was enjoying the thangs app but the last update ruined the app for me. Now photos aren’t loading or things take way too long to load. I hope there’s a fix soon because when it was working properly for me it was great.
Absolutely useless app
Don’t waste your time downloading. The app no longer loads images. This has been an ongoing issue and they refuse to fix it. Terrible company with a terrible app.
No model preview images
I really enjoyed this app for many months and now all of a sudden it is unusable to browse trending models since you can’t see a preview image. Makes what would be a 5 star to a 1.
What happened?
Less and less stable. Image previews no longer load. Seems like this is becoming abandonware.
Search is broken
Unfortunately, when searching for models models that I know are on thingiverse, some of them simply never appear in the search results on Thangs.
Additionally, the results I do get are very irrelevant, especially when using more than one word to search.
