Hi apelec, I'm sorry you are having trouble getting the Thank You Sticker Pack to work. Please follow the instructions at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT206906. Also check out the "Manually add or remove apps that you downloaded" section. You may have to go to your iMessage App Drawer, go to the Manage tab and then toggle the "Thank You Sticker Pack" app to get it to show up. I paid for it and a week has went buy and cannot access it
