Glitchy - Offers Not Working Properly
The coupons and offers in the thanx app and all the related apps are regularly messed up. I’ll try to add an offer and it will say it has already been used and then will disappear. Super annoying and frustrating. Now all the food apps are switching to thanx from level up. This app and the other food apps created by thanx are super glitchy.

Daily spam notifications
I receive daily spam notifications from Velvet taco. Yet the app says it doesn’t spam us w needless messages. Notifications should only be used for important messages. Trying to sell me a taco doesn’t qualify. I have an email folder for those types of messages, instead of interrupting my day. How do I turn this notification off for marketing messages? If I turn off all notifications, I loose other important communications since many things are not sent via email

A customer- centric application would not require the cashier to watch the customer repeatedly tap “Redeem”. For a progressive restaurant chain, Thanx seems inconsistent with Flying Star’s image.

Super dumb app
I followed all the steps, got the app all set up. I didn’t realize I had to load every single card I use when dining into the app! Super dumb! We only use a couple of cards but sometime my hubby pays and sometime I pay - it’s the same account but still if I don’t have his card loaded in the app I/we won’t get the credit.
Idea - maybe require QR codes on the receipt that can be cross referenced to the app so I don’t have to go through the hoops of adding every card I use! 💡
What happens if I get a new credit card - I have to go and update this app?! Super super super dumb!

I love D’lite”!!! I have been going here for years and it never disappoints. The food is great, staff is friendly, and they get your food to you quickly. I always recommend out of towners here. Can’t say enough good things about this establishment.
