Impossible to look at
I am no so tired of having to jump through numerous steps just to have to “log in”. I do NOT want to log in every time! I want to look, decide and move on. Waste of time this app!
Avid customer of 10 years turned cautious
I have spent thousands at this company over 10 years. (It was 13 deals ) Yet, after I purchased multiple StiVectin products, & found some of them to be 16years since manufactured date (running from 2010-2022) when Strivectin states their products have a maximum shelf life of about 3 years. I paid quite a bit for these for them to be unusable. Strivectin suggests not using them on skin at all.

Unable to Open App
Unfortunately, I receive a number of text alerts but 90% of the time I’m unable to Open the App. It’s very frustrating.

I just have a few questions and some suggestions for making a few changes that would make it even better.
How do I permanently change my first choice of payment? If I can’t figure it out, I can’t order with one word because it has the payment set to the card that I don’t want to use.
It also appears at the top of each order on the app and I forget to change it on some of my orders.
Can you fix it so that every time you click on something or if you stop to take a screen shot of something, it will not go back to the beginning and make you watch all of them again?
(Why can’t it go back to where you were at?)
What is the best way to contact you if a mistake is made on an order or when something doesn’t work right? How long do you have to contact you? (I don’t always get to using something new right away!)
Why doesn’t a packing slip come with every order?
Why don’t you put the prices on the packing slips?
