My log in works at the website, but this app won’t let me log in since the latest update and rebranding. Please fix!

Excellent Connectivity Awesome Support

Switching from Verizon was seamless. At first, we were happy we just saved $50/month on two lines. Then we took a trip and went over our data plan. The nicest people call and find out how much you need and when you want it to fall off. In fact, they automatically charged us less on months we didn’t use enough data. I would have put up with much less to save $50 but then they have the best service too. Very surprising

Best mobile service

I am extremely happy with the service as well as customer service. Service is reliable and consistent. Reach also has great plans. Customer service agents are very professional, knowledgeable, patient and helpful. I am so glad that I moved to Reach mobile.

Great customer service

I encountered two minor issues (one while switching services, another with the app crashing) and both were addressed promptly, multiple times, with follow-up. Who does that anymore?? The phone service is great, you're supporting something meaningful, and they treat customers with integrity! Basically unheard of in the modern consumer world. Thanks Reach!

A Better Mobile Service

I was a happy Verizon Wireless customer who had the great connectivity of the nation’s largest, most reliable 4G LTE network. With Reach Mobile, I now have that great connectivity on a plan that fits my budget AND makes a meaningful social impact. I don’t think I’ve ever had a better customer support experience AND it’s simple to join. Make the change to Reach and make a change for good.

I use very little data so I have your Basic plan! I have had no problems with your company! I love the low price! Your customer service is awesome!!! I like speaking to a real person!!! I have no complaints!

Happy with service

The price is pretty good: $35 for 3GB and mobile hotspots. They claim to be introducing support for Apple Watches soon too. Verizon network is strong in my area.

Great new company, great service & coverage

I moved to where only Verizon towers were reliably accessible. Now, I wish I had gone to Reach Mobile at the start. What a relief!! They give such great service, and their phone connections work flawlessly thanks to Verizon’s towers. And you don’t pay for the data not used! And at significantly lower cost!! Frosting on this cake: easy to reach customer service - to actual people that bend over backwards to make a good experience! Thanks, Reach!

Service with a purpose

I was lucky enough to be part of a beta testing program for this company which uses Verizon towers. So you already know the coverage was remarkable. I was using an unlocked iPhone 6+ and received a new number (but I highly suggest porting in your own), and I had full coverage everywhere I went. I coach & officiate basketball games as well as personal train. So, I’m always on the go and I traveled up and down the east coast, (NYC is home) spent time in Dallas and Vegas and never had any drops or issues. Looking to save and give back? Then this is a great choice to save some extra money in your pocket.

Happy Customer

Reach Mobile was simple to switch over to. I am using the same service that Verizon provides and I’m paying less! Reach makes it easy to switch over and keep your number. Follow their instructions and you’ll be on your way. Once I received my SIM card I had service within a half hour. With the app you input all your information and your set. The app has all your account information so you can see how much data you have used and when your bill due. I highly recommend switching over to Reach Mobile. It also feels good to be with a company that gives back to others.

easy opportunity to save $$!

I learned about Reach from a friend and joined after reviewing my data usage, which was just a tiny percentage of what I was paying for. Their best-fit pricing removes the stress of figuring out which plan to sign up for. Some months I use a lot of data and some I barely use any, so I signed up for the 10GB plan and at the end of each month I’m charged for whichever plan would have made the most sense to be on given my usage. I signed up for the service directly through the app which was a quick and easy process. The service coverage is the same as it was before, as it uses Verizon’s network which is what I switched from.

Reach Offers great service

I was invited to be a beta tester for Reach and figured why not, I’m being charged too much by AT&T anyway, plus I can’t always Make calls from inside my house! After several months on the service I can honestly say that it’s exceeded my expectations and has been a great experience. An initial concern was that coverage wouldn’t be good as it’s a new company, but when I activated my line and saw Verizon on the top of the screen, any network coverage concerns went out the window.

I really like how Reach rolls my plan down to the lowest priced one that makes sense for me each month based on usage. With AT&T I was paying for way more data than I needed because when I signed up I picked a plan that would ensure I’d have enough data, but it turns out I never used much at all. I also like the idea that through Reach I’m connecting someone less fortunate to the internet. I wish my credit card, bank, electric company, etc had a social impact component as well and I'm definitely going to thing twice about the companies I choose to do business with going forward.

Great company, great app, great idea!

Using my mobile service to not only get a better deal than what the larger companies charge, but also helping those in need that don’t have the means to have digital access?
Win-win-win. And the coverage is 100% awesome. Reach for it!
