Essential for living in GZ
I’ve been living in Guangzhou since 2000, when That’s was still a paper magazine called “Clueless in Guangzhou,” and That’s, in all its variations, has been a constant help from then until now. I don’t often go to the expat locations where you can find paper That’s, so the app is perfect for me. I had no trouble setting it to show me Guangzhou-area articles (rather than Shanghai or Beijing.) I also appreciate their sister publication, Urban Family. Together they are a staple of expat life in China.

Bad experience when booking
Very bad experience, We booked and paid for 5 persons for the F1 Shanghai , and then after 4 days we received an email saying all tickets sold out we will refund in 7 days. Really ??? Why let me pay from the beginning, that was my first and last time with them, I should have listened to people telling me don’t use their services.

Why Shanghai when I’m in Beijing
Odd that it locates me in Shanghai when I’ve only been in Beijing. And when you try to contact customer support, there’s a form element error that prevents contact submission.

Only works for Shanghai
I’m located in gz and I wanted to use this app for gz related events only. The app doesn’t work properly. I can’t change my location or pick another city. I downloaded this app on the pretense that it works for Guangzhou. I was mislead. I hardly ever visit their website and thought that this app would make things easier. Really doesn’t help.
