Easy to report break down on AA app.
Simple app to use.
Had to call the AA out for a flat battery problem. Used the AA app - took literally two minutes to log the call-out. Very simple to use. Provided an estimated patrol arrival time of under 45 minutes. All very clear.

The AA have updated the app to inform you when you need a car service, MOT and renew insurance.

Wanted to just update my policy to add volunteer work, which should have been free, I was told not to use the app, as it wasn’t reliable. Anyway still got charged ;(

Why do you give deals to non members we have been members for 49 years yet you want to charge me nearly double what a non member gets offered no customer loyalty = no brand loyalty from me or existing customers

A solid app, but update of postal address dB is way behind. My new build address not in the system to choose from, and no manual option to enter it!
