Logging me out
VERY frustrating keeps logging me out doesn’t accept my password. Reset the password. Use a password that’s from the key password doesn’t accept it. Try to use my own password still doesn’t accept it unable to log back in.

Taken straight to app which found my details available and app found vehicle location very quickly. Typed in a quick description . And immediately informed of service vehicle on its way and how to track progress.

Good for reporting breakdown, but track rescue not working
I reported to breakdown and the experience was very clear and straightforward. However, when I went to check the progress with the track rescue button, nothing happened. So it led to anxiety about whether the breakdown was still in progress. App support link just go straight to the AA website.
