Poor
Dreadful user experience. Functionality keeps crashing re tracking repairs. Customer service ‘unable’ to help nor address when issues reported. Poor service.
Breakdown
A mechanic appeared only 10 minutes later than stated, and identified the problem within minutes. He fitted a new battery and told me that I would receive a bill in 14 days. This has not happened yet, although I have the £140 ready and waiting!

I have tried unsuccessfully over the last few days to access the app and check my documents so I’m not sure if there’s a fault or the app is not working

Absolutely useless for trying to do anything with insurance policy on the app, can’t view the details, can’t amend or update anything and the Ai chat sends links that don’t solve the issue

I love using it to find the cheapest fuel where I live, but also keeps me up to date with information about my car, such as MOT date, tax due etc. Love it.
