Do you struggle to find time or even a plan to care for your soul? I have been stuck in a place I didn’t know how to leave. This app has many resources to help with this. There are suggestions on how to pray, what to meditate on, and even recipes! Oh, and I can’t forget the podcasts. Encouragement awaits for all who get this app!!

What I love most about the app is that the nature of the content is more than words to read. The images engage the senses and what you are reading invites you to participate through prayer, reflection and meditation. Perhaps if your prayer life feels stale or you’d love to grow in the much needed practices of meditation and reflection, this app is a wonderful introduction.
