Convenience fee charged for using this to order
The app is OK, slow and a bit outdated, but convenient to customize your order. Unfortunately it will cost you a dollar for that convenience. So this is basically a menu app for me because I refuse to pay a dollar extra just to order on the app. However I do love the bowls, so I’ll still order in person.

Love the app
Love the ease of being able to order and it saving my info so I don’t have to keep putting it in every time I order. The loyalty program is great as well.
Needs improvement
Ordering is somewhat easy with the app, but it would be nice if it saved my name and phone number so I don’t have to type it in every time I order. Also, the reward section is confusing. They should make it where it automatically applies a stamp when you order a bowl and when it gets to 10 there should be a redeem free bowl button. You should also be able to scan the reward code when you order a bowl in the store instead of just strictly getting rewards on the app only. Other than that it’s good.
