Complete Junk of an App
Absolutely worthless. Nothing works. Fonts are messed up. Looks a bad beta version. Color selection horrible. Why can’t we get the old app back.

Who at Arsenal Approved this App update?
Apps are supposed to improve overtime, but for some reason the dev team at Arsenal decided to go in the opposite direction. Or maybe this was a management decision. Either way, it’s now useless. The audio feature to listen to matches is deprecated. The UI for the match section is horrible. So 2 key elements gone. It’s now just an app to sell merch. Booooo!!!

My beloved Arsenal. First they strike a new deal with a very questionable company for their shirt sleeve ‘billboard’ then they change their perfectly fine, easy to navigate app for whatever we have now…..sigh. At least both the men’s and women’s squads have not digressed! At least the app is free 😐COYG👊🏽

Can’t bring myself to love it as much as Arsenal
I want to love the app, but the recent changes have made it tough. Please just refocus on user experience and not on big “branding moments”. I just want to come to the app to find the content I’m looking for, not some over-engineered “experience”. I’ll still come back as I love The Arsenal, but you’re make it harder to do so.

Wast of money
Bought a pay per view for preseason and it wasn’t and it didn’t work

The Arsenal app just got even better. Update for….blah blah. Not hard to get better than being possibly the worst most useless app on my phone.

Not sure why arsenal changed the App to a more complicated one that is not user friendly, chaotic and poor performing. Someone needs to get a grip of this.

The new app is really bad - it’s harder to navigate and less responsive. I don’t know why it was changed to make things more difficult!? I just want to logon to my membership and read some articles…
Champions Team. 4th Division App
Just open the app and you realise that thank you for putting time and money into the team. Cos the app is dreadful. You can find any real news. Fixtures and tickets are pages away. It’s all a load of rubbish.
So much worse
As someone who like to read my Arsenal news and scan through the stories that interest me, the new app couldn’t be much worse. It is impossible to find what you are actually looking for. If I wanted to just scroll through videos I would stick to YouTube. You basically give me to go to the Arsenal website.

Turn off the video
There’s too much going on with the app. When I’m listening to music or a podcast I don’t want it to stop as soon as I go into the Arsenal app. The video/sound should only play for someone that actively click on them

Does not update results and no info before match
There is no info before matches like lineup etc all blank. It show us with 3 points last night now all blank again. It would be nice to be able to get fixture info on the different competitions rather than wading through month by month. Maybe list view its easily done
