More points will allow you to view some exclusive training vids and pics and also more points should allow you to send good wishes messages to players and staff before and after each matches. Add some more fun activities for the fans so people can use the app more and stay glued to it ..

Update a big step backwards
Unfortunately after several weeks of using the new version of the Arsenal app, I have to say they have missed. It’s a UX thing. It used to be pretty good, with a few glitches when using video content, or being a bit clunky with links and integrations. Now it’s just really hard to find the things you need without having to wade through irrelevant content. As an example I just went on the “latest” tab and it’s an article on Mikel Arteta’s presser from the 1-1 draw against Bayer Leverkusen from the 11th March, 4 months ago. I’m on a new iPhone, so it’s not a ‘me’ thing. A club of our size should have enough budget to get the basics right at the very least. If I was in charge of the app team I’d have rolled it back to the old version, got them all in a room and, after a good old-fashioned hairdryer, set out my app non-negotiables: 1. Stop trying to impress Tik Tok, he’s never going to date you. 2. No embarrassingly out of date content, especially when it’s hilariously meh. 3. Enough with the incessant old videos already. 4. Remember people HAVE to use this thing to manage their Arsenal life, SOME of those people just want to transact, THINK about those people when you build feature. I’ll defend Arsenal to the hilt on most things, but it’s frankly exhausting being forced to use a bad app every day.

Better than the website
The app is slightly better than the website. I find the website very difficult to navigate. It is certainly not very user-friendly. Poor standards for a world-class club such as Arsenal!
Solid but requires refinement
Love the idea of the updated app but navigating and finding the things you want to see is a challenge, also clicking full screen for videos makes it bounce from landscape to Portrait! Also a better way to find latest videos and news would be great!
Too commercial
This app is just a means to sell merchandise with some team content bolted on. You must do better.
The full match
I like I can watch old games with out any issues but I wish it could background play , so I watch the match while doing other things with my phone so the video doesn’t restart every time I leave the app
Poor Quality and glitches
The new update is quite poor, before would use the app to check ticket availability and team news. Now I open the app and I’m forced to watch videos. It’s also hard to navigate things such as memberships and tickets. The TikTok approach is really pointless. I don’t understand the point in changing something that was perfectly fine. Also I would get a notification of lineups for example and it would not take me to that page. The black background is annoying as it’s quite hard to see considering I always use dark mode.

Old app was better
Nonsensical auto-play video content & shopping app. Better when it was team news and useful information, not some weird Tiktok-esque content and shopping platform
Keep Iterating
I trust that this was part of a journey in terms of redefining the app experience. The For You page can be a bit fiddly when you just want the news or to navigate to Tickets but that can be improved. The new media focused experience is the right direction and I applaud it. Maybe not quite what the finished article should look and feel like. Keep iterating, you’ll get there. Don’t be discouraged by the super negative feedback. You’re charging something people feel close to.

No ballot push notifications
One of the main reasons to have this app for me is to get notified when a new ballot window opens. This just doesn’t work at all.
Terrible
The same as most people are saying the old app is much better, the web site is better. I just want the latest news as soon as you open the app then it should let you choose anything else. Poor app but we are the champions !
App not got it
If you have a phone in your hand 24/7 and listen to everything then this app is fine. I prefer an article based app not one for which something has to be watched or listened to.

Unusable
The new app is completely unusable. They send notifications, often late when a game is on, and when you try to click them to read the article or whatever, it takes you to something else entirely. It's not user-friendly at all and is impossible to find anything you actually want. There was nothing wrong with the old app, but the new one is so bad I rarely use it anymore.
