Needs a rethink
Not enjoying the newer layout at all, particularly on an iPhone. Everything has been streamlined, to the point where it’s hard to find things and not user friendly. Quite ‘buggy’, video buttons not working, chaotic layout and not logical at all. Expect better from The Champions, come on guys, listen to your fans and ask for feedback in future.

So I am a big Arsenal fan, so me and my family use this a lot. Unlike most other reviews, it’s actually kinda good for me, because I use an iPad, which makes it good for me. The fixtures, live games and videos make it useful. The good thing is, most football apps only include the Men’s team, but this is actually nice that it includes the Men’s team, Women’s team and Academy team. + any Tottenham fans reading this, North London is Red, forever ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

This recent update is terrible. It’s not a social media app. So don’t design it like that. Instead of making something better, following trends makes things worse. Don’t be that.

It Just Gets Worse
Arsenal, this is a disgrace of an app. It looks absolutely terrible. The navigation is terrible. Quite honestly the worst looking football app there is and Arsenal fans have to put up with it.
Why is this app so bad
I love Arsenal and have been a supporter for over 50 years. But the app is not worthy of the mighty gunners. Visually very poor and functionality worse. Please invest in some on line talent and sort it out.

Recent interface is awful
App used to be really good but now it’s terrible. Hard to find relevant information. Links don’t work and counter intuitive.

Whoever designed this app (or commissioned it) should be fired. The previous version wasn’t all that but remarkably this is even worse. Not remotely user friendly. So unclear how to get to what you want and to find what you need when you eventually get there. It’s horrible. If I need information I go to the website. It’s not great but so much better than this pile of dog pooh!!!

Can’t watch live pre season match after payment.
This is the worst app and website I have ever came across, I love arsenal that’s why I kept trying but it just waste my money and time last night I couldn’t able to watch the match at all and the website kept on getting stalled. Worst experience ever. I was trying to fill up the form for issue that I experienced but the app or website locked me out after filling everything it said it didn’t go through because there is an error.

This app is a nightmare. It is annoying to navigate, the videos play weirdly, and the preseason PPV that people paid for didn’t work with no chance of refunds. Congrats on ripping off your fans Arsenal. Great look.
Awful App
Installed this app to watch the 2026 pre-season matches Bought the pay per view bundle and saw about 15 mins of the first match. Constant loss of streaming, constant error messages and constant non responsiveness. Very disappointed and want my pay per view cost refunded. Let’s hope the 2026 Arsenal team is not as useless as this appears

Since the latest update the APP is absolutely terrible streams cut out after buying the match pass so money wasted and the APP navigates so poorly it is so frustrating. Why change what worked this is rubbish.
Has anybody tested this app on all platforms
Downloaded new app on iPhone , halve the functions don’t work. Same on iPad. No navigation buttons I.e back button don’t exist so have to go back to Home Screen all the time. I ended up going back to Arsenal.com
