Very outdated App
The app is very outdated. It feels like you are using an app from 10 years ago. The navigation page of the app is quite simple, which is good, but there is nothing more to it. The app would occasionally just stop working and would dropout. Also, if you try to zoom in on the movie poster it just crashes. Overall a pretty bad app.

Easy to use program calendar
Obviously not updated for two years, this app could be so much more. That said, I still use this weekly to check their upcoming films. It is possible to book tickets through it, but it is simpler just to use the Palace website directly. A plus it that it will list screenings not mentioned on the printed Astor calendar (such as occasional Saturday 4:00 films).

So great that such a small theatre has an app like this! Even has a request screening button! How cool. Just wish you could request any movie that isn't necessarily on their list but oh well!

I love the Astor and this app. It is a wonderful addition to my entertainment folder, and has allowed me to stay up to date with the latest sessions. The Astor's legacy will live on long after its closure. You will be sorely missed!

Poor presentation
What a terribly presented app - looking at this on my iPad - the film posters are tiny and there is a wide gap between each poster and the rating. What a waste of valuable space. I am afraid this app doesn't do the place justice.

i love this app and use it all the time. the "add to calendar" is so useful- i can easily see if any of my favourite films are coming up. i also love the "favourite" and "request a film" features. very nice app.

Just downloaded this app & it closes within 4 seconds every time. Disappointing.
