Terrible, I am asked to review this awful app each time I do anything with it. I reserve swimming slots almost every day and every day a message gets in my way as I want to add my slot to my calendar. Enough already!

Great club, good classes but facility needs updating

As a long time member I have always been highly satisfied with the Atlantic Club . The people the equipment and wide choice of classes has always been great as my needs changed the staff has modified my needs with their wide choice of ways to keep me active . My daughter is also a member and my Grandsons enjoy the teen memberships when they are home from college . Keep up the good work!

Relaxed and friendly vibe
I have been going to the AC for 20 years and enjoy taking care of my health there. Most members are chill.
Ease of use, code simplified.
Fairy east to navigate but each area seems to be silos. As I order smoothies after workout and great staff makes them promptly, there is No Foeld for Tip?? Extremely important and easy to add Please add to payment screen. Thanks !!

Member over 30 years
The culture is amazing, the club is not up to the status of much of the members. Pool and all jacuzzi’s are over crowded and suspect health issues. The tubs are not full of water 85% of the time and subordinates are not proactive in maintaining level and makes us suspect of proper chemicals.Board of Health issues are not what we want. Especially in NJ.
There must be a team approach and hourly maintenance at peak times. Serious stuff not addressed after I bring to management attention at least 10 times annually

Unique place. With the purchase by Pegasus the cleaning crew is much better and supervised well. The equipment has had some upgrade. Overall it was better pre Pegasus but I’m fine.

Wonderful family atmosphere
Atlantic club has exceeded all of my expectations! Offers everything and anything for your fitness goals and heart healthy living. My kiddos love the racquet ball courts and the family swim. Great bonding experience (they leave their phones in the car👍). Thank you Marie Bokay!

Hit classes
The hit classes in the field house were second to none. Huge step down going to a tiny space in the new area with no sprint space, no sleds, no box jumps , no steps, the list goes on and on. There was no input to the design of the space from your trainers or customers. Big fail with short sighted mindset and a clear money grab.

Scheduling for classes
I was # 1 on waitlist 4 spots opened during the day and when I tried to book it was already booked. The waitlist should not be numbered if anyone from the list or the club can take the spot before the next in line.
Blue
The light blue type on a dark blue background, cannot be 508 compliant, hard to read and also tiny. The back arrows are hardly visible in the pictures they have placed in the headers.

…for the instruction and positive vibes The Atlantic Club Downtown has provided. Being a member has been the one deciding factor in my fitness journey because it is a comfortable and beautiful gym filled with enthusiastic and incredibly skilled instructors. They know what they are doing.
LOVE THIS PLACE
Instructors are all good or great, all equipment works perfectly and all spaces are clean. Very comfortable and spacious.
Best place to exercise!
As a retiree I have the time to enjoy the classes. I go to water aerobics and strength training every week. The schedule gets me up and out and the workouts are fun. The instructors are very skilled at what they do and the club always looks up to date and fresh. The Staff cannot do enough to help me if I have a question. I will always need to live near by to the Atlantic Club. It is an integral part of my life.
