Doesn’t work
This app hasn’t been working for about 6 months smh. I have to go on the website to see whatever I needed in the app.

Literally hate using this app! There’s always an issue when logging in. Takes forever to load, it’s just a pain all together. So annoying trying to get into this dumb app especially in moments where you need to transfer really quick!

Nothing on this app works since its launch, it logs me out and then doesn’t allow me to log back in once every 3 months and it’s always a hassle to get logged back in.

The Worst Mobile Banking App
Nothing but problems. The app constantly freezes and locks you out of your account. People depend on this app to be able to view their account and it constantly disappoints. This is unacceptable

This app never works effectively
I miss the old App! This app always gives me an error message when I go to log on. It has been a problem since the initial download. Terrible! Frustrating!
Decent
App was horrible at first. It has improved drastically though. Every now and then the app freezes on me which can be frustrating. But overall it’s much better than before

Always tells me I using the wrong password then locks me out. Called customer service they basically called my a liar…. Lol. No ma’am. About get rid of this bank all together you can even call to get you balance you have to speak to a customer representative and when they’re closed, forget it so if you can’t get online and you can’t use the app, the bank is no good

When they first updated the app it was horrible for the first few months. But as of late it’s been running much better without any issues. I appreciate it

I’ve never had any app crash as much as this, especially an app that deals with important financial matters. I’d give it zero stars if possible

I don’t know why they changed their app. This one is the worst. I constantly have to change my password because it rejects my current password. It is beyond awful.

I’ve had my account for the longest time and the previous version of the application was the best. Now my connected accounts with my parents are gone.
The credit card feature also takes forever to load, and despite having an issued debit card with this bank it won’t let me add it.
Additionally, it would not let me access Zelle through the app. Only the computer. I’d give this app a 0/10 if I could.

Dissatisfied
I don’t like this version. The previous was the best. This version has errors, delays, mo longer displays our credit card interest rates, and no longer displays our children’s joint accounts. I cannot transfer from my account to there’s. This version makes things complicated. We are thinking to close our accounts.

Card update
I just checked out the new update. I tried to add my Atlantic Federal Credit union card. The new update says that the app doesn’t support my card that is directly from the bank. That is quite ridiculous. what is the purpose of being able to track your cards? If you can’t even track the card for Atlantic Federal credit Union?

Fails on all levels
I never had any issue with the previous app. Now this change and I am highly disappointed!!! I keep getting errors, I cannot see any credit card history. Account transfers keep getting errors.
