Haven’t been able open the app for months
Poor performance
Having no luck getting a reply from AWW regarding non delivery of April 2024 edition, and now they’re advertising May edition! Getting really fed up with the poor response to my emails. Perhaps it’s all AI now?
Totally useless
Ditto to everything other reviewers have reported. I am so frustrated. No one seems concerned at all that there is an issue.
Delivery of Magazine
Find delivery /download on-line of the women’s weekly too late. We are now mid December and have received the Christmas edition. This also applies to monthly downloads.

I’ve seen the latest issue in store and on Apple News for over a week but it’s not in the app yet. Again.
Getting more woke by the day
It’s a great shame the AWW didn’t stick to what it used to do best, providing a strong support for women everywhere and actually teaching us how to make a home and family. Now it’s full of woke nonsense of heavily one-sided. I’ll be keen to see if AWW covers what the winning side of The Voice thought and where they think things should go now. As for the app for the digital version, lift your game, it’s pathetic.

Haven’t been able to open the app for WEEKS! Reported it, heard nothing back!
Haven’t been able to open this app for weeks. I reported it (twice) and asked for advice. Never heard back. But you’ll keep taking my money no doubt! Disappointing.
App not working
Have sent 4 emails over the last three weeks as the app is not working on my iPad. Everything is up to date with the latest version. Not happy that I have not even received a response as yet to try and solve the problem. Poor service.
digital copy faulty
ive bought digital magazines for years without incident. Then Are Media arrived. They couldn't manage one magazineand so itwas deleted and not available digitally now. This week is the Australian womans weekly…despite every attempt I cant upload it and it appears nor can Apple or the developer! Please fix the bugs!

Disappointed
I have a number of these Apps in order to source magazines in line. Initially the worked well but increasingly they fail to load the latest issues. I now need to wait until the magazines have been in the shops often for more than a week before I can access them here. Disappointing
Timeliness of digital app release needs to improve
I ponder why you can’t update the content of subscriptions in your app. The magazine has been available in stores and via Apple News for days (probably close to two weeks now) but via your app nothing. I update. This is for bhg mag and women’s weekly. Love the content (hence I subscribe) but super disappointed about timeliness.

My Mother bought the Womens Weekly for years ! Then I bought the Weekly when I got married and now still buying it and enjoying . Always has up to date info , recipes etc .

This app is great the online edition is available almost always when the printed version is also available. The only downfall is that the puzzles aren’t interactive, very disappointing.
