App won’t work
The app is telling me “App update required.” I update it and it still shows the same thing, then I deleted the app and reloaded it, same thing.
Their app was not as good as other banks anyway so current issue is frustrating.

App wont open since new update
The app has been great for me until the recent forced update. Now it won't open for me at all. Just gets stuck on the opening screen.
New app is great
The new app is really easy to use between multiple accounts. It’s also very easy to search for past transactions with the new search options.

The BOM online banking app is simple, safe, and convenient. I appreciate having it available.

New online banking application
The new online grid appearance is not easy to navigate I liked the old version much better it was easier to see all the charges and the detail was better than it is now. There’s a saying that if it’s not broken then don’t fix it your bank should think about that!

Ive owned a business for 28 years, and I’ve used a lot of different banks, Missouri State bank is by far hands down the best bank I’ve ever used, I have my business account and personal account there and I love it!
They are so friendly and they have very helpful employees. I am older and not that great with electronics any more, but they had the skill and patience to teach me what I needed to know about my online banking and I really love it!

Mike stone Credit Card
I downloaded the app to view my credit card information but when I try to enroll, it says the account number entered doesn't match our files. The info on the milestone website advised to use this app. So it doesn't work to manage one of their own credit cards!
Making my phone run
Every time I download and use this app it keeps on running in the background on my phone. I’ve tried to put time limits on it and always close the page but nothing helps. I have to delete the app for it to stop running. It’s frustrating and I’m not sure how to contact the BOM about it.

I can use my app for balance checks sometime and several times I’ve had to reset password for no obvious. I’m older this is upsetting to me
