Basic and inconsistent
Ordered drinks via the app to our table that never arrived. Went to the bar and they hadn’t received a notification but found the order on their system. They said it happened a lot with the drinks orders (but weirdly not with food orders).
When they poured the pinot grigio, they poured a rosé but we had ordered a white. When we looked at a physical menu, there were two pinot grigios; one white and one rosé.
The drinks menu on the app is also ridiculously long as they have every size listed separately rather than having it as an option for that particular drink.
There’s also no option to edit your drink/food order, eg ‘no ice’ or ‘no salad dressing’.

Unusably buggy
Most of the time the app is unresponsive so you can’t select anything. If you do manage to select food, Apple Pay doesn’t work so you can’t pay for it and complete the order. I hope the pub didn’t pay for this.
Fault
Unfortunately you can’t input any card details to pay so you can’t place the order.
