Love reading the Bible in this format!
App description is the best feature
mending this app like I was hoping to do since it is new and its description suggests potential. The AI makes familiarity with a certain version of the Bible impossible. I thought KJV would translate well, but it did not. The graphics are for a chapter rather than being actual step by step through a passage from the 11 chapters or more I attempted to listen to and observe. If you are looking for a way to listen to the Bible in AI translation, go for it, but if you tend to be a Berean, Bible nerd, or are learning how to study Scripture beyond simply reading it as a “good” or “interesting” book, I wouldn’t suggest this app. Also, I take issue with people trying to illustrate the prophetic books, so those are a hard no for me. I do teach and facilitate Bible studies regularly in my local church, so I’m always looking for new resources, but this will not be one. I do appreciate the effort of the graphic artist, but wish it were backed by an actual translation of the Bible that is widely used in churches today. It isn’t as intuitive as I’d hoped.
The summaries and ask options are completely locked out. If there were 5 or 10 free when I created the account, I could give a better review. I understand the reason for paying for options, but am of the mindset that while I would not work for free, I would allow a glimpse of what could be had to promote purchases. One ask and a couple summaries would give me an idea of whether this app could be more useful than seeing a graphic per chapter and a poor rendition of what the Bible says.
Two starts for artistic effort and the basic idea, but would not recommend.
