The big egg hunt is very fun and gives me something to look forward to whenever I’m walking in London.
I feel cheated
App stopped working last weekend so I followed the instructions on the website to log out and log in again. Despite having the correct password the app logged me out permanently and I was unable to reset the password. Come Monday I tried again and was successfully logged back in only to find all my progress had gone along with my rewards! I have 4 eggs left to collect! Contacted the developers through the report error ticket site immediately and heard nothing back. Extremely disappointed that all my progress and rewards have gone!

Does not work
Great idea very poorly executed. All the eggs I went to today would not load into the app. Everyone around the eggs asking does yours work. Eggs not loading. Trying to load eggs later saying already added but zero eggs collected.
Good luck if you can get in
The app literally doesn’t work. Doesn’t matter if you try as a guest or with an account login. The app just closes itself. Bugged before you can even begin.
Eggs nor registering
Tried to register 2 eggs but would not update as collected, tried to re-enter code but then it says I’ve already registered that code. Frustrating, given up looking for other eggs!

some eggs have the same code. the app does not recognise all the codes and does not download to show you have collected the egg. very disappointing
App stopped working
Only collected 25 before app stopped working. App seemed intent on giving out rewards which were not wanted, when refused, the app stopped. It won’t even allow submissions of a review!!!

Managed to log in to my account, did some codes for eggs found then wouldn’t do it anymore no reason for it. Logged me out randomly then wouldn’t let me back in. Deleted the app and re downloaded now it shows white screen only. Not great app wild in art have had better apps for the sculpture trails.

App not working
After being able to log a few eggs yesterday the app then didn’t work . Despite multiple attempts during the day and resetting password I gave up. It drained my battery whilst trying. Tried to enter the egg numbers today as I had wrote them down and still cannot login. It’s not the end of the world but was very disappointing for the children out and about yesterday and for some of the adults! Please can the developers look into this as the app is useless at present.

Terrible
Struggled to create an account. Finally when working tried to collect first egg put in 4 digit number and just said loading continuously. Deleted app and downloaded again now just a white screen. Truly awful.
Doesn’t load the found egg
I’ve found a few eggs and tried to collect them, but the app get stuck at loading the collected egg. So even if you find them you can’t keep track of them.
Unable to gain access
Started collecting eggs. Then app froze. Unable to log back in so unable to record eggs found.
If doing this with kids this makes it unbearable as you can log them or see the map.
Done a number of hunts and this app is the worst.

Same as other users. I can’t register. It gets stuck at the avatar page.
