LOCK THE CONTROLS!!
This would be a 5 star rating easy, BUT I KEEP DYING BECAUSE OF THE CONTROLLER MOVING AROUND MY SCREEN!!! Please please PLEASE add a 3rd option for the controller where it stays in one position of the screen like EVERY OTHER GAME ON MOBILE! Great game HORRIFIC CONTROLS.
Control
The floating movement control that follows my finger makes it really difficult to move and shoot—especially when picking up items, as the game sometimes mistakes movement inputs for taps on the items themselves, preventing me from moving. It would be much better to have fixed positions for the fire and movement controls.

I’d love this game so much. I play almost every day if you just don’t play with a controller, the movement kind of sucks but if you have a USB-C in the USB-C to that’s it, you can disconnect your controller Xbox. I don’t know about PlayStation, but it’s a great game overall has a decent amount of things. Luckily, you can get the DLC. You don’t have to buy a PC and steam and get all the DLC’s in skip straight to rebirth.

Game not saving
Whenever I exit out the game sometimes my progress gets reset and I have to do a lot of things over again and its really frustrating because I’m not even good at this game and to unlock hella stuff after u almost died trying to get it really takes the fun out of playing, fix it, now.
Game breaking bug
Love this game to death. Have played since flash. Found an issue recently, though. When playing as Lilith (obviously on mobile) if I pause and swipe out of the app to answer a message or any given reason, all my extra buddies from cambion conception disappear. This will kill your run a lot of the time especially on greed mode with Lilith. I’ll stack about 10-12 buddies, swipe out to answer someone or do something, and when I re enter the game they all disappear.

isaac is an incredible game and probably the best roguelike i’ve ever played, the depth and sheer amount of content is just unparalleled imo.
that said, this mobile version has some issues
as some people seem to complain about the controls- i think the controls on mobile are fine except for just a few items that feel near unusable (e.g. epic fetus), can be a little annoying but barely enough to be an actual problem.
main problem is, progress in the game is super susceptible to getting corrupted and reset if the game closes mid-run
you can avoid this to an extent, but if your phone dies or your game crashes randomly it can delete hours up to days of progress
maybe i’m just used to online console games and its a limitation of the mobile medium but i’ve had this happen enough times where i felt the need to leave a review complaining about it :/

STUPID CONTROL！
Why is this stupid joystick not fixed？It even prevents me from starting to move when at rest. I've died many times because of this stupid reason！
Issac on iOS Can be GOOD! But HOLY PLEASE FIX THE GAME
I’ve been playing the binding of Issac since it released on iOS when there weren’t any DLC and only Rebirth was on it, and after they released the DLCS, I bought them immediately!
The last Update was to fix Forgotten Needing A trinket to change to the ghost, and fixing pocket actives and adding more controls to Tainted Characters.
This was Almost 3 YEARS AGO, and ever since then, there has been countless bugs, unusable items + Trinkets, Awful control changes for no reason, save file corruption and many MANY more.
Issue One / The controls:
The Controls are really awful, and are a major downgrade from the previous ones before the DLCS were buyable, Dropping Trinkets are on the bottom left of the screen, now this sounds fine… but the button is INVISIBLE, not to mention, if you even GRAZE the near the trinket button, you simply stop moving and stop in-place, this is ABSOLUTELY AWFUL to deal with, and requires an unnecessary odd finger placement just to avoid the trinket button, and that’s just one of the issues, due to the screen now being much smaller, the Moving controls on iPad are AWFUL, they block the screen, are annoying, can make it difficult to use them if you drag them too far away from the area, and are simply a nuisance, this was not an issue as they were completely stopped in place in the previous update, now they move all over the place for no reason whatsoever.
Issue Two / Items + Trinkets + Items being unusable:
Items like D-Infinity and Blood Bombs / Trinkets like RC Remote and blood clots / golden bombs at 0 Bombs, and many more are simply useless without a controller, blood bombs and golden bombs can’t be used at 0 bombs due to the fact that the bombs button disappears at 0 bombs, items like D-Infinity can’t be switched due to the fact there’s no button or action to switch them, and RC car and Blood clots can’t allow you to move them separately due to the fact the button doesn’t appear, these items and trinkets and pickups can’t not be used without the use of a controller, and without a controller these things become UTTERLY USELESS making them pointless deadweight, in the previous update, you could switch D-Infinity with the trinket button due to it acting like a Key, but now that it’s been fixed, you simply can NOT use D-infinity or other items like it.
Issue Three / Dailies being (Semi)unplayable:
The button to play dailies is completely grayed out, so how are you meant to unlock some of the Unlocks that requires you to play Dailies? Simple! Just turn off airplane mode / the Wifi, turn it back on, and then QUICKLY press the button as the WiFi comes back on before it grays out again, this will take MANY attempts to even be able to do so, this is MISERABLE to deal with, and without the knowledge of what you need to do to ungray the button, it practically makes the unlocks Unobtainable.
The Third and biggest issue / complete Save file reversals / deletion:
Thankfully I’ve never experienced this issue, but the fact that this can happen is really bad, it isn’t possible to copy a save file so when one of these do happen, it is simply impossible to do anything, this is not only really awful, but can also be extremely demotivating and can Ruin the game and any enjoyment of it.
Yes the binding of Isaac is a very well made and fairly polished game, and While I enjoy the binding of Issac, I simply do not recommend YOU get it on iOS, it simply has too many issues for it to be worth it, all I can hope is one day these issues can be fixed, but until then, NEVER PLAY THIS GAME IN IOS.

One of the best games
Over all good game I have no complaints everything about it should inspire other game developers literally perfect
Great Game but Moblie needs a slight tweek
I love TBOI, i’ve been playing the PC version for years and I was pleasantly surprised when I found out the entire game is available on mobile. My only criticism is a couple minor quality of life features are missing like being able to seeing your stats, current items and item descriptions, I wish I could toggle those on and off like other TBOI versions. Mobile is also missing control mapping for controllers which is unfortunate because you’re unable to quick restart your run forcing you to exit out and start a new run. Overall 5/5 game, Runs perfectly and is very fun, Please add these missing features!

Amazing port but terrible execution
Identical in nearly all areas but the controls are pretty finicky. You can't change the size of joysticks or disable the movement on them and they can get annoying. Joysticks also have issues when dragging into some ui icons where you can't drag/interact with it at all. Not only that, but some characters and mechanics are completely disregarded for mobile, there is no dropping, blood bombs can't be used as intended, and tainted cain isn't even playable because you can't craft with him. The only way to make this playable is to use a controller or keyboard or else you can only dream of getting dead god. Good game though.

FIX CONTROLS!!!
Great game with controller/keyboard but PLEASEEE add an option to lock joystick in place almost causes the game to be unplayable

this games is so amazing words cannot express how peak this game is, and the controls are perfectly fine they work like w charm you just have to get used to it but i would definitely recommend everyone trying this game at least once in there life. would rate it 10/10 this game has consumed me

You can’t drop trinkets. Trinket dropping is crucial. Please ad a trinket dropping button that makes you confirm dropping your trinket.
