Love this app
This app is my go-to when it comes to identifying birds. The fact they have calls for quite a few of them is incredibly useful too.

Please contact the support (there is a button to send an email report) if you have an issue with the app functionality. Writing a negative comment does not help others who might have the same handling problem. If there really IS a problem, of course. If the problem has been solved by correct handling, a comment can be updated, this is possible in the iTunes App store.
This app doesn't work
Cannot access other birds in the listed families, nice idea, shame about the execution.

There are no problems with the app and ALL functions are working properly if you are tapping the correct buttons. Have you ever asked the support for assistance? Obviously not, it is much easier to write a negative comment than asking somebody for help on a very simple issue.
