Real deal scam on minorities

The app always had bugs and issues. The customer service never responds in a timely manner & your lucky if you get a response back. The app would not let me sell or send my BTC to my crpto wallet. Then it signed me out and now it’s just as if I never created an account and the email on find isn’t even valid for them. True scammers!

Bitcoin is gone!

All of my bitcoin is missing from my account.
I invested a couple of hundred dollars in bitcoin on this app. Recently checked my account and my balance was zero. The help tab for support doesn't work. There isnt a number you can call to talk with anyone. Please be careful.

Difficult app

Contacting tech-support was useless. They offered only one sentence solutions to the problems I had with the app. Everyone has been warning me about cryptocurrency because it has been a loss for most people. thanks to tech-support I’ve been spared from any loss.

Disappointing

Why is this app pushing people like sheep to only buy one crypto, Bitcoin, when there are many more better opportunities in other cryptos for wealth creation, shameful exploitation of the uninformed. Hill Harper cares only about himself not black ppl.

Recurring buys are a huge benefit. Also you can use this wallet To buy the ‘dip’. We can serve our own first just like other ethnic groups. And unlike 1921, this black Wall Street won’t be air strikes by our own government nor burned down and massacred by white mobs. B1

Concerned - even with starting small

I love the idea, concept and the very real opportunity to build generational wealth; however, that usually starts with a small seed. As such, I’ve had a few small issues even with my small seeds that I’m working with Customer Support on currently.

Email is proving to be a slow moving process in getting resolution when changes in the crypto market can move very fast and move very far. Funding my account initially had an issue but I was able to fund BUT now I’m having issues again with the app.

My hope was to use the app frequently enough to fund, purchase and sell bitcoin with small amounts to build my confidence this app BUT I’m not having a consistent experience and email resolution to support inquiries is painfully slow when you are excited to use this product in a market that move so fast.

Start slow is my recommendation - A/B test with another brokerage and digital wallet to compare

They lied

They said they weren’t like cash app, Venmo, robinhood, etc. They said we would own our BTC.. Nope. There’s no wallet and it takes over a month for funds to clear. Can’t even takeout cents because there is no decimal point on the keypad, so if you have $91.99 to withdraw, you could only withdraw $91.. I want all my money I don’t care if it’s a penny.. DO NOT DOWNLOAD… They are liars and marketers and just another black company taking advantage of the unaware. Y’all should be ashamed 🤦🏾‍♂️

Funds frozen over 2 weeks

Glad I only deposited $10 on this app it took several days to become authorized. 24+hrs to connect my bank then 8-13 business days for funds to settle which btw still have not. Other apps give me a credit for what I transfer from my bank in good faith but I’m not getting that here.. I was planning on dropping $5 a day into Bitcoin but I can’t even do that ..

Transfer and Email Bounce

I transferred some money to my wallet about 4 days ago and the money has not cleared yet. I tried to email customer service but the email bounced after sending.

Update

So I down loaded app when it went live I invested a little and when I went back to the app it tells me I need to update in order to use the app but there is no update available that I can find.

Telling me to update app and no update available!????????????????????not able to log in at all

Emails never directly answered

Opened a new account. Logged in than logged out to confirm future access. Once I logged out could not log back in. Sent several emails but only got generic responses and no password reset options. I gave out personal information to open this account. Now I’m a little nervous about who’s in control of it. I want this to be successful but customer service should always be the cornerstone. Right now it’s not.
