Every day we have the teaser on the phone and then saying you cannot see the article unless you pay. Frustrating and disgusting. Do not know how to stop this disappointment on a daily basis

In my opinion the Gazette has deteriorated to such an extent that it is just like a comic. A lot of the local news has been on Facebook a couple of days prior to the paper publishes it. Such a shame.

Changes to the layout of my Gazette on my iPad have made viewing not as easy as previous. The appearance on the screen in landscape now shows two pages at the same time and also does not fill the screen top to bottom. Why the changes when it was perfect before.

Paper comes in too late to enjoy
The paper used to appear before 7am in time for me to have a read before starting work. Now here we are almost 7.15am and not for the first time, no paper, leaving me little opportunity to read before having to go to work. To me a paper is a morning thing so when missed in morning, I’m very unlikely to look at it In the evening. If this keeps up will be cancelling my subscription.

Liking my Gazette.
I like the Blackpool Gazette, I once tried to do without it when the price went up.
It didn’t make me long to miss it, about a week to start buying it again. It’s good and I have it on my phone as well as the vouchers, not to be missed.

Useless on i pad Pro
So you download the latest edition of the gazette, turn to the next page, almost instantly reverts back to the front page.....try again a different page...few seconds before you start reading....gone again to the front page...Totally unstable.

It’s brilliant reading the news on my tablet now The paper isn’t being delivered.and you can read it wherever you are.
Unable to use on two devices
I have subscribed to the Evening Gazette for a number of years, and could access the previous version on two devices, allowing my wife to read the copy independently. The old app ceased to function so I installed the latest version which appears to be limited to one device. Am I missing something, or is the new app limited to one device per household/subscription? Without this limitation this app would merit 5 stars.

Far too much coverage given to sport. Coverage of local news rather superficial. If target demographic is C2/DE who want sport...fine. If not...,re-imagining required. Perhaps journalism related to local issues?

I have read the gazette in electronic form for some time now as I travel around a lot and this keeps me in touch.
I also (used to) look at articles via Facebook however I can now only read two articles a week on this forum.

Used to be great but latest version terrible
The old version was quick to access, download and was really easy to use. The new style looks better but takes an age to download each edition and is just unusable. Go back to the old version please!

I have only just downloaded this new style Gazette on to my iPad .
It now has one page at a time on screen and finding other editions takes ages.

Latest update
The new version is certainly clearer but I think that getting rid of the archive is a mistake. I know I can archive the version I am reading but if I miss the latest edition I can no longer read it next day. Also there is no email link to report problems.

Getting a pit pricey for what it is but I like it.
This is ideal for someone like me with reduced visibility as I can expand the size of the page. Works very well 99% of the time but on rare occasions I’ve had to phone up for one reason or another. It would be good if they could have a cheaper 'digital only' subscription instead of having to pay for a physical copy as well.
