Do not invest your money in this app as I did lost one hundred dollars trying to add to my account but still hastened reach my account after I purchased it has been more than a week already nothing yet definitely a scam
Confusing
I had high hopes for this platform. I deposited $300 in my wallet to fund my account. But I was never able to withdraw anything, they told me the withdraw process was down asked me if they could send it via Zelle? Made promises that they couldn’t keep. Kept promising to send me my money but it would go days without anyone ever responding. No instruction on how to lend or request funds. Live chat is not live . I Am a member and didn’t get any of the member perks. Wish someone would have just reached out to me.

Negative stars if possible
Already been verified, yet they keep saying my account is under review. Never even done anything on the app except become verified. Told them to refund my subscription fee but they refuse to even though I’ve used it one day. Because their support chat is included in the subscription, they refuse to refund. So they basically make you pay to be able to access customer support. Extremely poor practice. Also, when you tap on cancel subscription, it does nothing. It does NOT allow you to cancel. Because they refuse to refund my subscription and have made it impossible to cancel future charges, I will be reporting to the BBB and escalating this matter.

Don’t use
This app has charged me multiple times it will not allow me to do anything within the app because it’s constantly glitches out you can’t speak to anyone for help don’t add money to your account because when you try to withdraw it it gives you an error code then charges for attempting to withdraw it and you have to try again resulting in the same this happening. Don’t use this app unless you are prepared to loose your money and receive nothing in return

Fraudulent if Practice if not Intent
Extraordinarily poor and janky user interface, no customer service to speak of, funds inaccessible for reasons never made clear. Should be investigated by the SEC and/or Consumer Protection.

No way of getting collateral back
I placed around $300 of collateral but my loan request is no where to be found unless you search for me by name so I wanted to withdraw my collateral but I can’t, please assist

App doesn’t work
After downloading the app, the app frozen and never finished “building my platform”. I left the app open for more than 10 minutes and then nothing happened. Now when I log in, it’s stuck on the “authenticating” screen and I never can access the app. Disappointing.
Different, but in a good way
At first it’s an odd app, you can create a line of credit in a matter of seconds and lend to other people, so it’s a bit different. But once I invited friends to the app, i understood it’s purpose. It’s pretty useful, because I lend money all the time to fam and friends but now I can keep track of it and earn interest from them if they skip out on repaying me.
