Good luck trying to send an article to someone from the app. They get a dead links
Doesn’t work
Yes, I’m logged in, yes I have an active subscription, yes I can read everything on the website. I can’t read certain articles in the app, the entire weather section is greyed out.
Still clunky
Compared to other newspaper apps this is clunky, hard to search for articles, and not intuitive.
Can’t access stories
I’ve been paying my subscription (expensive), but I’m can’t access stories. This app is terrible. Next week I’m cancelling.
Leftist Bias
The excessive leftist bias of the Globe is generally harmful to our citizens and approaching the intolerable level.
Constant struggle to login
Love the journalism, hate the login process. Click on a globe link from outside the app and prepare for frustration. The globe never can recall your login information, something all my other paid news apps do.

Your $1 for six months subscription doesn’t work. Signed up on May 10, now can’t get in.

I liked the old format much better. It was easier to get around the paper!

It refreshes and exits articles if you put the phone down for a second.
Tons of articles just load the web version that then pops up a subscription pop up that you need to manually log in every time.

I love reading the Globe online and in the daily newspaper. Having both options is awesome. Such a great newspaper.

Worst
Boston Globe digital version is by far the worst digital newspaper I know of. I subscribe to NYT, WSJ, FT, Wash Post, Japan Times, Nikkei, New York Post and The economist. Hands down the globe is the clunkiest, bugiest digital newspaper source out there. Why?? There are so many good role models. Please fix this or I will have to leave.

Games no longer work
The games no longer work after the latest update. I’ve given it months to see if they would resolve this and sadly they have not. Doing the crossword was my peace each evening. Very unfortunate.
Terrible app experience
I’m consistently unable to get into article articles and the customer service associated with this is awful. I’ve called and they were so rude and unwilling to refund the charges. I didn’t even know we’re being charged to me. Don’t download this app.
Can only log on or see on phone not on PC
Even though I am a paid subscriber I cannot read articles on a PC as I get challenged to log in. However clicking the log in icon produces no response. This is a chronic problem that was temporarily resolved by Support I can access the paper on the phone however.
