Transfers not working!

Either the app is faulty or banking system is. I tried multiple times to transfer money internationally, the app shows the payment successful at first but it doesn’t go through! I called customer service about it and the ticket is open for over 21 days now! Absolute shame as otherwise the app was quite good!

App not up to par

When the app works it is fine but too often it doesn’t work. Also nobody can help today until end of Eid. Very, very poor service. Avoid this bank if you need reliable overseas banking.
