My 2 kids love these books, even my 2 year old son has spent a lot of time discovering all the hidden little surprises and movements available in every page of these books. I did like it better when things were left up to your own discovery, and subtle hints such as in the going to bed book, the animals were silent but still could be moved, but I think a lot of this went over peoples heads and complained that on the “silent page” the animals didn’t make noises. So now they make things more obvious and tell you what to do. I am surprised at the negative reviews, I have enjoyed spending time with both my children reading and discovering all the hidden movements in each book. It is rated for 4 plus years of age, but my 2 year old son has discovered things I had previously missed.

Easy to update but for some reason they won’t do it

This app could be great, but I am sooooo disappointed. There is no sound when using it on my ipad. It works perfectly on my iphone. I have done everything that is suggested in the app support, but no sound. I have already emailed the suggested address. Please help! Thanks.
Waste of money
This app literally doesn’t work—don’t buy it! There’s no audio & no interaction beyond ‘turning the pages’.
Cute but full of bugs
My daughter loves Sandra Boynton so this app is a hit. But it’s full of bugs and doesn’t work 75% of the time we try to use it. There is almost never sound and the option to have the narrator read almost works. This would be a great app if this was fixed!

Great ice-breaker with kids
I’m an auntie living too far away from my nieces & nephews. Loud Crow Sandra Boynton apps are great for interactive play time/story time, especially for the shy little ones!
No sound
Love the books, but no sound and there does not seem to be a fix. No sound on iPad 2. No tech support. It is a shame, and too bad. Do not buy.

Fantastic App, LOVE IT!
We travel a lot and oftentimes I realize (usually right around bedtime) that I have forgotten to pack books for my toddler. We own plenty of Boynton board books so when I saw this app I snapped it up. I’m so glad I did, because it’s so much more than just books. Our son loves the interactivity and sound effects. He’s just learning animal sounds and likes to make the noises along with the book. You can also have them narrated, and follow along that way. We were really impressed with these and wish there were more!

Superb for young children
These four books and the hippo one sold separately have been absolutely brilliant for our 22 month grandson. They are very well designed and written and constantly delight both the grandson and grandparents. The layout is like a book, but with small animations. Grandson loves turning the pages and getting all the little animations to work.

This is a really great app, our daughter loves all of the Sandra Boynton books and this is a fun way for her to read them!
Awesome when sound fixed
When I bought the app, there was no sound but then I followed the instructions in the "App Support" and it works great! My boys love it and so do I!
