Doesn’t Work For Me
I really wanted this to work in time for their concert, I kept on trying to connect. My steps were 1. open app 2. Connect a Product 3. Stick would Flash blue 4. then I would get the message: “Please check whether the connected light stick is yours. If so, try again after holding the button for 10 seconds for its initialization” 5. I try connecting again after holding start button for 10s 6. it repeats from step #2 and never truly connects bringing me to the next page Really hope the creators can fix this, not sure what to do
(I kinda got it to connect but it’s really unclear and messy) also you’re unable to enter your concert ticket date/row/section as the only date it provides is 2021-01-01 and you can’t use it normally even with the variety of lights

im having the same problem as everyone else and it wont let me connect my lightstick. FIX THIS!!!

i've literally tried multiple times to connect my lightstick to the app and it says it's connected and then says to make sure that it's mine.. i'm the only one with this lightstick near me and my tbz concert is soon and i really want this to work for the concert! someone please help 💀

Interlocking the central control of the lightstick
I can connect my lightstick to the app, but I can’t interlock it. I tried to change the batteries and uninstalling the app, but it’s still the same.

더보이즈 응원봉에 불이 안 들어오는데 어떻게 해야(하죠....
안 되는 더비분들
초기화 어쩌고 뜨면 응원봉 껐다 켠 다음 무지개색 나올 때까지 (10초 아님 계속 눌러야 됨, 안 나오면 껐다 켰다 반복하며 계속 꾹 눌러서 색 나올 때까지) 누르면 초기화 완료. 후에 다시 앱 껐다 켜고 시작하면 되네요

앱 등록 자체가 안 돼요
산 날부터 한 번도 된 적이 없어요 방침대로 10초간 눌러 봐도 5초만에 불이 그냥 꺼지기만 하고 앱 등록조차 안 돼서 답답해 죽겠어요 어떻게 해야 하나요
처음 한 날은 됐는데
왜 이렇게 중요한 킹덤하는 날에 안 되나요 무슨 짓을 해도 연결이 안 돼요
