Can’t find third algae pod
This game started out really fun and exciting, but now I’m stuck on the part where I have to put in the algae pods in the circles. I can print in two of them, but not the third one. But then for some reason I can only print the third one in the maintenance area, even though apparently I didn’t have the third one when trying to print it in the circle. I don’t know if this is a bug, or if I have to find the third algae pod somewhere (even though I have looked everywhere), it’s really annoying either way 😑
UPDATE: turns out I just had to put them in in a different order, really wish I found that out sooner

Great game but extremely irritating glitches.
Love the storyline! It definitely pulled me in and I could not stop playing! The controls are a bit off but I adapted. However, I literally fell through the floor and randomly ended up back in a previous part of the building. I took the time to get back to where the story was progressing. Then I got stuck in a spot I couldn’t move out of. I decided to restart the game and lost all my progress. Once again, I put in the effort to catch back up. I tried again, this time checking if I could manually save somehow or if I had to reach the next chapter, like a checkpoint. I made some decent progress considering I had mastered each puzzle from repeatedly completing them. But, of course, I got caught up in another glitch and crossed my fingers that my progression wasn’t wasted. Unfortunately upon restarting, I was back at the original checkpoint and I just turned it off. It really is fun to play! But to have to replay it over and over for a little more progress and only then to lose it all because of a game error…

Fun with some issues
A great narrative and immersive world. The controls and navigation, however, are what brought it to three stars for me. Often times I can’t figure out what to do, as the direction is so vague. “Find an ID” apparently meant “take a picture of a calendar.” I wouldn’t have known this unless I kept snapping pictures of everything I saw in multiple rooms.
Also, some items need to be placed in such specific spots that anything less than 100% accuracy doesn’t allow you to progress, which is frustrating. I’d recommend the game for the beginning parts but I have trouble getting much further, and don’t know if it’s worth it past that point.

All these negative reviews are Ewing dramatic
I really enjoyed this game, and I understand why people have been frustrated with the controls, but i still managed to play through everything and had a lot of fun! I played on an iPad, and i did end up changing the camera sensitivity in the settings, which allowed me to move around a lot more quickly. Could be improved though.

Cannot be finished on iPhone/iPad w/o controller
Because the head and foot movements have to be controlled independently unless you are extremely good at this type of dual movement the last chapter of game cannot be complete. The game was designed for Xbox with game console where head and feet/forward momentum automatically track together, but when you have to do both separately it takes a lot more time. The final chapter has some tasks that are time intensive and are meant to be challenging with a controller, without one it is utterly impossible. And definitely was not taken into consideration when retooled for Apple Arcade; extremely frustrating and annoying!

Couldn’t Get Past The First 2 Minutes
While the story and gameplay REALLY look like something I would definitely be into, the bugs killed it for me. I genuinely hope they go through the entire thing, fix all of it and then re-release it.
I’m not sure about anyone else’s experience but for me, after the first initial opening scene there’s a staircase you need to walk up - probably 2 or so minutes into the game, while you’re trying to reach the “North Hall Emergency Exit.” I just kept walking right *through* the staircase, like a ghost. Obviously not supposed to happen. And thus I couldn’t move forward in the game at all. 😑
It’s really a shame because the storyline and voice acting, everything looked great. Oh well.

One of my favorites!
I keep coming back to this game because I love escaping into this environment that has been masterfully created. I love exploring all the details and appreciate the immense effort that went into the production of this game. The story is great and keeps me on my toes. The controls are easy to use and quick to master. It was a pleasure figuring out these puzzles and a pleasure returning to them again and again.

Lots of fun!
I enjoyed this game. The plot kept me captivated and I was honestly disappointed when the game ended. I could have kept playing for many more hours of game play.
I did get stuck a few times, falling into a position that I could not move, such as when going down a flight of stairs, my screen froze. When I closed the game and reopened it I was submitted to directly after the last completed task/beginning of task that I was working on when the screen froze. I did not lose anything crucial at the resetting of game play.
I hope more games like this are created.

Fairly decent work of Interactive Fiction
Fans of Interactive Fiction will likely find this game enjoyable if the flaws can be overlooked. First the positives - good voice acting, the immersive 3D first person atmosphere, storyline, and puzzles are fairly fresh and unique. There’s really no way to die or lose, so puzzles and the story can be enjoyed at leisure. The negative is that the controls are sluggish, imprecise, and at times confusing. Overall I enjoyed this game when overlooking the flaws in the controls.

Great story , 1 problem please fix ASAP
It’s a great story , but 1 problem seems to be presenting itself and that every time I set the last mirror to hit the fuel cell or whatever it’s called with the blue laser the game without fail seems to crash and I have to start all over again! So far I haven’t been able to get past it. Fix it please I’d like to move on in the game!!
Other than that wish more thing laying around can be used and the it would be really great if you climb up and over things. I like the game it’s cool .

Great game except the bugs
I love this game. The puzzles are challenging enough that they keep me engaged. I like the storyline. It’s interesting having a guide as well as another person whose identity is a mystery guiding you through various challenges. All around, I like the concept. But there are so many bugs. I am currently unable to finish this game because there is a bug that prevents me from descending the ladder to the third module. Whenever I come to this particular part of the game which is nearly the end, the game freezes. I’ve restarted it like I’ve had to do in the past but that doesn’t seem to work here. A patch for this would be great!

Loved it! Not perfect, but close.
There wasn’t one obstacle I couldn’t eventually overcome, so the game IS playable. While a few updates are in order, this was truly exciting and fun!!!
I loved the adventure of the story (although I didn’t quite understand what was happening by the end) and all the puzzles. While looking/walking around was a slow task, I at least didn’t get nauseous by doing so. And while some directions could have been clearer in the totally unfamiliar landscape, some “screens” were blurry/hard-to-read, and occasionally I would get stuck or encounter a small bug (usually fixed by exiting and re-entering app), I overall loved the experience and wish there were WAY more games/chapters like this one.

Great Story, But the Controls...
The story is very interesting. Atmosphere and music beautiful. However, it is PAINFUL to try and lay down tracks or planks to cross with by the SMP. It’s awful. It ruins the fun in the game. I’m currently at the EVAC part and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to restart this level because of trying to get in the boat. It’s ridiculous. Come on guys - don’t make things so complex that it ruins the fun. There’s detailed and then there’s too detailed. Sense of direction is rough. Fix that, and you’ll get a higher rating.

Best experience ever
‼️➡️READ BOOK TO SAVE PROGRESS⬅️‼️The puzzles at the start of the game made sense perfect sense when the ground fell and I went to train station I was lost and it wanted me to find lift status I found it but I took a picture of the wrong screen so here I am wasting time (it’s my fault) so I Think about it again then I scan all the screens eventually I go downstairs and to the employee she says get an ID so I get and ID she gets me a guide and smp and brrrrrrr a few moments later...
I was stuck in the celebration room stairs boom the plank thing and bam I’m on the green part
You need take photo door she close it and walk and then I’m all like how do I get the curve price man and then I’m at small core and then big and then huge and then substance core and bing bang boom game over I win

Really fun, but a bit jarring (check below for camera tip)
The game is really fun, and the puzzles are unique. Sending pictures doesn’t really help as far as hints go, because unless it’s on a “key” item (posters, scenery, etc) she won’t say anything, or she’ll send a snarky remark. I feel it would be at least slightly better if you are idle for a while, she would send out a small hint on where to go.
Other than that, it’s just small things like the camera (your view) needing to be on a specific part of an object to zoom in on it/reclaim it.
For anyone wondering, you can fix the camera sensitivity/how fast it moves by going into settings and controls.

Challenging game, story fell short
I loved this game. I felt like it was challenging without being impossible. There were some bugs, but I found that if I just closed the game out and restarted it, things worked again. My gripe was with the story. The story was beautifully and intricately built up, and they include all this detail in emails and messages. I was expecting a final cut scene, some explanations, but the game just... ends.
I found that as much as I liked the game, I left it feeling annoyed and dissatisfied.

Love the concept, needs major polishing (APPLE TV SPECIFIC)
I have finally reached the end! This game has it’s fair share of bugs, from poor controller optimization to the gameplay itself, but it is definitely a worthwhile concept. I loved the puzzles and challenges. I got major Portal, Q.U.B.E. and Turing Test vibes throughout, puzzles and lore alike. Your partner in the game, Amber, can get pretty annoying very quickly. She often times offers up hints when you don’t want or need one, and there is no other way to turn this off other than turning off the volume of voiceovers. The picture-communication method is annoyingly particular when it comes to framing, making Amber even more snarky... BUT I would still suggest this game to anyone who adores games of this genre, you won’t be disappointed with the concept or mystery!

Engaging puzzles, great story, beautiful world building
I really enjoyed this game - played bouncing between my Apple TV at home and iPad on the go. I didn’t have any of the issues with bugs that others described although the game was a bit less smooth on the Apple TV.
I loved the second half in particular, as I felt the puzzles were more engrossing as the game went on. The world building was really strong from the beginning and I was also sucked in by the emails, voicemails, and other storytelling elements. This game is a great example of why I love Apple Arcade - I’d have never picked up a game like this before but I’m so glad I did. I’d love to see more near-console or console level games on Arcade in the future.

Fun game, but 1 BIG gripe
It’s an interesting game, reminds me a bit of portal. The puzzles are fun. I just have 1 gripe, and a big one at that. The lack of direction is horrendous. Example: near the beginning of the game you’re told to escape through the train station, but it’s locked down. You’re told to “find an alternate route.” How do you do this? You take a picture of a specific monitor on a wall filled with more monitors and the adjacent wall has a few monitors too. There’s no indication that this is what you’re supposed to do. Not only that, these monitors are somewhat blurry so you can’t exactly read what it says. Taking pictures of anything else will result in either saying “you can’t move through there” or telling you in various ways that she doesn’t know what you’re trying to show her and that she can’t help. The issue is that if you don’t take a picture of anything for a couple of minutes she’ll tell you to take a picture to ask for help, yet the only time you’ll get a real response from her is when you take a picture of where you’re actually supposed to take one in order to progress through the game.

I want to fire a laser into my phone.
I’ve officially rage quit right at the end of the game. I’ve held firm thoughout this this is likely a 3-star game due to the frustrating controls and also the other characters cheery demeanor takes me out of the story.
But this final mirror puzzle has me so angry. I’ve been resetting mirrors for 30 minutes now because the laser keeps hitting the scaffolding mirror just about 3 inches high sending the beam off into the distance at a 45 degree angle rather than the 90 degree angle I need to move on. It’s bad design when you know how to complete a puzzle the puzzle itself is so frustratingly designed that you’re just unable to do it. I’ve watched videos online and I’m triple checking that I’m setting it just like others who have completed. Still it’s hitting the mirror too high. The game is officially not with the frustration so I’m done I’m out. I hate this game.
