The content has not been updating since 08 Aug. If you could fix this that would be great!
New App Inferior
I see others praising this app but, on my ipad, it allows me to do very little. The worst of it is that I can’t locate the latest Daily Devotions. Nothing is easy to find. I wish I could have the old app back. For some reason, I have both apps on my Android phone but can’t find the old app for ipad.

Old layout
Allow me to use the old layout please. Right now I can’t do anything in the new app and I did not choose to update. The new one just appears on my screen automatically.

Is there a way we could still have access to the old layout. I loved being able to drive to work and listen to a great sermon. Besides that I love the church and pastor!! Praise Jesus!
Too many wonderful sermons lost with new app
So many of Pastor Cymbala’s teachings have been removed from this update.From the old app one could listen to sermons as far back as around 2002. It has been such a blessing to have these teachings especially during this pandemic. I listen to 2-3 sermons a day and have grown tremendously in my walk with God through this ministry. Please consider adding them back. They are missed. Thanks to Brooklyn Tabernacle for all you do. 🙏

Miss the old layout
PLEASE give us an option to keep the old layout. The new layout is great and all but I miss just being able to listen to the sermons like a regular audio and not having to scroll through unnecessary extra tabs. Please please PLEASE consider this.
What happened?
The recent update seems to have rendered the app really difficult to use.
Previously, the layout to find sermons and playback was AMAZING, but now it’s as if there is a browser within an app, and I’m no longer able to listen with ease.
I hope this feedback is helpful, don’t wish to complain, but hopefully continue to be blessed by Ps Cymbala’s teaching!

App keeps buffering
As of 10/17/20 I try watching Sunday service I cannot access app tried deleting and reinstalling but keeps buffering

Thank you to the team that built this and what a great app it is.
My only suggestion is to be able to share the individual Webcasts just how you can share individual Sermons. I think a lot of people would enjoy the worship as well as the sermon.
I hope this is something that can be implemented in the future. Sending all the prayers and love!

This is my favorite app for daily use.
This app is sufficient, helpful, and easy to navigate. The word of God is Holy Spirit led for sure. My soul is constantly fed with the unwavering, and unchanging truth of God.

I must say I love this is app and have the privilege to call this my church along with the Brooklyn tabernacle choir I really love this app
App crashes
Love BT sermons but unfortunately the app crashes when selecting a downloaded sermon.
So for now listening to downloads is impossible using the app with latest iOS on iPad and iPhone

I just wanted to leave a comment and give a praise report! After so many trails in my life, I always can turn on this app and hear a Devine word from God. Every message has spoken to me in so many ways. I pray that as you download this app, it ministers to you in every situation that you are in.

Updated App is not the best
I’ve never had any issues with the app before, but now, it’s crashing way too often.

I'm absolutely appalled by the service I can get from the comfort of my home
1. I wanted to go to a recent church service of the Brooklyn Tabernacle and stay updated so I could get my son to be baptized with the arms of the lord. But that was soon stopped when I ran into traffic that came when I was on my way, so I unfortunately could only go one way.... Back Home. It was then when has checked the app and the alert had told me about the traffic. I had put notifications on this app for a reason the fact that they had told about just as the service would be ending in 30 minutes is simply outrageous I wish I would've know beforehand if this incident so I can prepare for this in prior time. Brooklyn Tabernacle should stay up to date with events so hindering problems like this don't happen.
2. Lets start app with app itself shall we. There broadcasts is one of main concerns with the app and their website. This wasn't the only time this happened mind you but I was still simply furious in the matter about this recent devil attack hindering me from listening to the word of G-d. I at first figured that it would be okay, that I could just watch a the live broadcast that you always had from the service. I soon has an abrasive wake up call on the matter to figure out that you never have anymore live podcast that people could be able to watch the service. The date of the service would show the most recent one that was in the large letters making you think it was the live service that your about to watch. But that is unfortunately not the case at all. You see that is the service from last week published on that date, the act was pure trickery and to only cause confusion on there members which is something I highly look down upon
3. Another seriously outrageous matter I must address is the events and when exactly they notify people. The latest event you have is only about a month in advance. I have no problem with this but the fact that later on as the date approaches more and other events come up later on is the week events that were not noticed on church's behalf before is my problem. I'm well aware that church knows that all events must be planned in a months notice at least to be approved. So why not let there members know that as well, about the events coming about in the months. All the events coming up. People have jobs that they need to go to and try to balance out with a with church events can be nearly impossible if you don't let people know ahead of time if events later in the next month so people are able to take off and go to. Aren't you well aware that many people need at least a week or two's notice to take time off. How exactly are they supposed to do that when even if you're telling people about events coming up in a week or two they're not all the events that people are able to go to. Members should know about all the events coming up in even later on in the month or week, not just a selected few. And although I'm well aware of how late some of your events are so people can go from work but what's the point if you're only telling people about the event about only three days earlier. Not everyone is able to arrange there busy schedule to meet your events on such short notice. An act that is so uncouth and very deceitful to say the least.

App freezes
I have to install and uninstall app every time webcast is played. Got frozen an even if I am not using the iPad or used another app, when I open the app again still frozen.
