Amazing App
The Bump was super helpful during my pregnancy, especially being my first baby and knowing absolutely nothing about babies or pregnancy. Now getting great info and tips after birth and tracking important things like pumping, diaper changes, and feeding times.
Who writes the Daily Facts?
I like the app overall. But these daily facts leave me scratching my head… today’s “baby weighs as much as 12 beer bottle caps”. Previously, “baby is the width of an extaco-knife”. Come on. There was another about a drill bit the other day? Are these tailored to the dads?? At this point they have become fodder for me and my husband.

I can’t put into words how much I love this app! 😍 I first saw this app when I was pregnant with my first child my son back in 2020. Then I got pregnant again with my daughter back in 2024 and I still have it today I’m pregnant again for a third time and I love this app

Great milestone information
This will be my third pregnancy using this app. I learn so much throughout the pregnancy and it keeps me on track. I love being able to look at milestones with my first child.
Annoying
I got this app and thought it was helpful to have while tracking my pregnancy. Until I clicked on an article that discussed learning about the gender of the baby. Within the article it had a whole paragraph describing how gender and sex are different terms. Which, is not biologically true nor was this ever true. This type of agenda should not be pushed within articles on pregnancy tracking apps. The sex of your baby is male or female and that is also the gender of your baby as well. Nobody should be writing articles pushing false information to other people. Thank goodness I have my head screwed on right and know that if my baby is born a boy, he's always a boy. And if it's a girl, she's always a girl. Will be contacting the app to express concerns about the articles they feature on their app.

Another couple’s info populated in my account
I just downloaded this app a few days ago and didn’t spend too much time looking around until today. I noticed that the initial in the top right corner that indicates the user’s name didn’t match my first name, so I went into the account details. Another person’s full name (not in any way related to my own) is in the “My Account” fields, and another full name (also in no way similar to my name) is shown under “My Significant Other.” The address in the account is my address from 10+ years ago. I searched for the couples’ names and they are in fact a real couple who live in the same state as the address shown in the account. It’s possible they lived in the house at one point but is unlikely because I am the third owner (still own it), and I don’t think any of the previous owners rented it out. I am THOROUGHLY creeped out and want to know how this happened. Is my information now showing up in someone else’s account? This seems like a MASSIVE breach of privacy.

Glitches & Inaccuracy
It will glitch often and you’ll be stuck at the Home Screen. Also refers to breast feeding as “chest feeding” and calls us women “pregnant people”
It’s just ok
I like that it gives daily updates of how big baby is but it gets very confusing. For example, I’m 12 weeks and baby is supposed to be the size of a lime, however on like the daily facts it says that the baby is as long as the diameter of a golf ball. Those are two VERY different sizes. This is my first baby and if I have a second I probably would not download this again.

Amazing pregnancy app!
I didn’t expect an app to make pregnancy feel this organized and actually exciting, but The Bump really does. From day one, it’s been like having a calm, helpful guide in my pocket.
The weekly updates are my favorite—they’re detailed but easy to understand, and I love seeing how my baby is growing in a way that actually feels real. The visuals, the size comparisons, the little tips… it makes everything sink in more.
What surprised me most is how much is packed into one app. The registry feature is super convenient (especially being able to link everything in one place), and the product recommendations actually feel useful—not random or overwhelming. It saved me a lot of time trying to figure out what I actually need.
I’ve also used the community side a bit, and it’s nice knowing there are other people going through the same stage at the same time. It makes everything feel less isolating.
Overall, The Bump feels supportive without being stressful, informative without being confusing, and honestly just makes this whole experience smoother. Definitely one of the few apps I’ve stuck with and actually look forward to opening every day.

Love it
I seriously love this app, it’s a very handy tool for so many different things. The one thing that I wish it had was more about twins. It allows you to select that you’re having twins in the set up, but doesn’t show two babies in the 3D images, there are also not as many twin articles. That said, still the best tracker app I’ve found thus far.

Fun app for tracking baby’s development
I love reading about my baby’s development each week. That said, this app can be super buggy. For example, when I click on the “3D” model of baby, it never takes me there, and I have to try several more clicks to get it to load. There also have been some errors in content, such as listing baby’s weight in oz when it should clearly be pounds. But overall, I enjoy this app and don’t mind its inconsistencies.

Overall Poor App; use to track only
Good to track but useless and random size comparisons of what the baby is day to day. Also there are often spelling mistakes overlooked, so someone either is not paying enough attention when writing it does not care enough about the information to reread their data. Not recommended at all.

best free pregnancy apps! this app has provided so much helpful advice and information. i love everything about this app except how weird the daily facts are, for example it gives very weird comparisons for baby height and weight. “today your baby weighs as much as a 164 pack of diapers” who knows that off the top of their head??? please update with better facts people actually know!
