Sometimes Functional
Use the app to deposit checks. If you enter the check amount prior to taking pictures, it won’t let you deposit the check. You have to exit out of the app and retry. It never recognizes the mobile deposit text on those checks.
The side bar menu is sticky and requires you to slide it back to hide it. It’s not how most apps work. The developers need to give it a bit of love.

This app is amazing!
After they updated their system this holds its own with a large banks app that I have an account with a family member. It does a lot. And I haven’t had any issues since the update 2 years ago. I waited to do a review waiting for an issue. Nothing ever went wrong. Even with the old app, their customer service people are very helpful. The good news I haven’t need them in a few years.

Can’t login most the time. Also doesn’t separate my business account from my personal. I liked that being different.
Updated App Works Great
I like how the new app works. Love the added authentication process. I appreciate that security is important to my local bank. I’m still getting used to some of the recent changes, but no real issues. Everything is intuitive. Thanks TCB!

I can’t load my account info. As usual this is a typical attempt to improve but failed.
I envy other banks mobile apps
“Application error. We are having technical difficulties. Login again later” is the message I’ve received the last several days when trying to sign in. The app support button doesn’t even take you to app support either. It’s unfortunate I have to give any stars.

Randomly makes me change my password all the time and every time it does that it won’t let me log back in after. Just let me use my Face ID I don’t need a password
App not working
After the latest update, the app no longer opens—I relied on this for banking and now cannot access my account info without going through the internet site and Google. What happened?
Never works
This app worked fine until about a month ago. Now it won’t even open and just glitches all the time.
Won’t even launch login screen now.
I’ve been checking in with this app over the last year hoping it gets up and running. It used to just not let you log in, giving some info box about not working right now, but now you get about half a second of login screen before the app crashes and sends you back to your phone’s home screen.
Settings for iPhone
I’ve tried several times to get the App to work on my iPhone 8+ without success. Today I called the bank and they said all was okay on their end, my account allowed mobile deposit and my phone was updated and new enough, to work. But I was never able to get it to work. That is; until today, sigh. This is how I got it to work: 1)turned wifi off 2) allowed access to my camera. After that, the app works perfectly. I gave three stars because no one at the bank had this information. It should be more friendly IMO.

System is always down.
It is giving me a lot of trouble either the log in screen. My thumbprint has always worked, now it is not letting me use my password.
System not available
The app is great when it actually works. Sometimes I can access the app and other times I get an Application Error message that says the system was not available. I called customer service and was told to delete the app and reinstall it. I did that and it still won’t work. I receive this error message a lot!
