It should be changed so you can enter new cattle without internet connection. Pain when you’re calving somewhere without cell service

The only issue I have run into so far is that when I try to delete an animal, it won’t let me. Am I doing something wrong?

Had the trial. Liked it but once I purchased it, it froze and wont open and says no subscription

Subscription Renewal
Don’t waste your time on this app. We loved this app until the past couple of months which was really frustrating because it’s calving season! I don’t know if it’s because of an update or what, but our subscription says we are paid, but we can’t login. It says our trial is over. Now we have to start over with a different app.😡

So glitchy!!!
I tried the trial, liked it so wanted to purchase it. Once I purchased it it still wouldn’t let me access the app and kept saying my trial had ended. Super frustrating when I had entered all my data and now it’s lost! I don’t recommend this app.
Subscription
Says my subscription is paid for but will not let me open anything or add anything. Hopefully they fix this so I can get my records off there.

This app really worked well for us! I recently updated it and it now will not let me log in and tells me that my subscription has expired. Bought the year subscription that was to be up in February 2021. So I don’t get the full subscription and can’t get into my records😡.
Payed for the app but....
I payed for this app and it keeps coming up that my trail has ended and no account found

Great content...if it worked
This was just what we were looking for-however, the app glitches and deleted records when I tried to update the record. It was way too frustrating to use.
Calf number on main screen
Wish the calf number was on main screen so if I wanted a quick reference I didn’t have to click on the cow info

Works ok don’t like that I have to delete the app and reload it to update books and has fair amount of glitches, but have had good support and it is getting better this is my third year with the app
Waste of time and money
I have been using this app for three years during calving season. Loved it the first two. This spring went to log in and had to pay $15 to use it for one year. I liked it so figured it was worth it. What a waste of money! Every time I went to add a new calf I had to choose a book instead of it keeping the book open. Constantly got error messages. After a couple months it wouldn’t let me access my info saying my trial was up even though I paid the yearly subscription. Customer support was slow to respond. When they did said I didn’t have an account even though I’d been using it for 3 years. After over 3 weeks of going back and forth it worked for a couple weeks. Went to go access my info 4 days ago and it says my free trial is done again! Emailed customer support with no reply yet. Very disappointed with the app and customer support at this point. Thankful I keep my calving records wrote down also. I’ll be packing a pen and paper next spring. This app is garbage.

Subscription
Pucrchased best version for 34.99 three years ago and now they want subscription after I have 3 years of data in it and can’t access. Works ok but Glitchey, maybe have look elsewhere for next season
Great App, but....
This will be my 3rd year using this app. I love the fact that my wife and I both have access to our records (combined) on our own personal devices! And we love the easily accessible search feature. My only complaint is that this year I’ve been having a lot of “freeze up” issues after updating a cow/calf entry. After selecting “update” most times I’m returned to a blank screen within the app. Usually if I completely exit the app and then restart it, my updated info will return. But this can become a real PITA when working a group of calves at once!
I also “lost” a full (prior) days worth of records for almost 1/2 a day before they somehow re-appeared that evening.
When working correctly though, we LOVE this app!
