Can’t get any of the movies to play what am I doing wrong

Downloaded the app and registered. When o try to play a movie it just opens a bio about the movie and shows other movies I might like. None of the movies actually play.

Love this channel. I can watch Christmas movies all year long. I love the top 25 Christmas Countdown…do I think “Die Hard” is a Christmas movie…I’ll never tell…lol
