My app glitches. It suddenly stopped working. I couldn’t refresh and get access to devotions and new items. Uninstalled and tried downloading again so many times but it’s still malfunctioning. Send help.

I have been using this app for years now and I have enjoyed it very much.
Lately I have encountered a technical issues of which few friends have confirmed. The page doesn’t refresh. There is a warning message asking to check the internet connection even though is already connected.
Please can you fix it ASAP.
