BILLS AND PAYMENTS See every invoice with a full breakdown of rent, utilities and other charges. Review your payment history and past statements any time. Where your property has online payment enabled, settle your bill in the app. Otherwise, upload a photo of your deposit slip or transfer receipt and the management office will confirm it for you. MAINTENANCE REQUESTS Report a leak, an aircon problem or anything else that needs fixing. Attach a photo so the team knows exactly what they are walking into, then follow the status of your request until it is resolved. VISITOR PRE-REGISTRATION Register guests before they arrive so the lobby is expecting them. No more waiting downstairs while the front desk calls up. MESSAGE THE MANAGEMENT OFFICE Chat directly with property management. Your conversation history stays in the app, so nothing gets lost between shifts. BUILDING ANNOUNCEMENTS Get notified about water interruptions, power maintenance, lift servicing and community events. Announcements stay in the app so you can look them up later. SIGNING IN Your account is created for you by the management office using the email address on your lease. There is no sign-up step.
