Disappearing Purchas
I tried purchasing credits several times and it shorted me. The last one, for instance, I did the "mystery" purchase and according to the app, I would have 2000 credits. When I went to play a game 400 came up. And that's not the only one. I think I have lost probably 10,000 credits because it either didn't give me anything or it shorted me. It's too bad because otherwise, I like the game and the varieties.

Thanks for your message! The credits are correct — the 2000 credits are at the $1 denomination, while the 400 credits you saw are at the $5 denomination. It’s just displayed differently depending on the game setting. We appreciate your feedback and are glad you enjoy the variety!

You give free credits every day but it last about 20 seconds. If you should get a decent hand, it’s taken right back. I’m not going to pay money to play your game to win points. When I first installed this game probably 2 years ago, I hit a great hand & it lasted a good while. But that was then. You don’t even give bonus points for being a big fat loser. Liked the game, just not going to pay to play.

When I hit the icon to play, it disappears from my menu. This is a free game to play. What gives???

Broke and addicted
I have spent a small fortune on this app/game. I love it and am addicted. However I cannot continue to buy and never win. $20 plus tax get you $50,000 but it doesn’t last as most games cost $100 a hand. In the beginning I won a lot now never.

Buying 2.99 worth of game credits and 4 times I was charged 17.99 RIP OFF
I can’t believe how many apps are defective.
I BET 5 $1 that’s $5 I pay for a hand I win jacks or better which pays 5x5 =5 …= DELETE THIS APP AND LEAVE BAD FEEDBACK BECAUSE SOMEONE SCREWED UP AND EASTED MY TIME yet again. I guess the only way to play an UN-DEFECTIVE poker 5 hand draw app or game is to either go tos real casino where it pays you the correct win amount if you win. Or okay grand theft auto San Andreas and make it to the casino in fake Las Vegas . Why is it so difficult to produce a poker app that will correctly give you the prize you are supposed to win in basic poker? Ridiculous

In classic single-line games like Jacks or Better, the payout structure is straightforward and easy to understand. When you place a maximum bet, which is typically 5 credits, and achieve a winning combination on the pay line, the game pays out according to the designated value for that combination. For instance, if the pay table specifies a 5-credit payout for a certain combination when you bet the maximum, and you hit that combination, you will receive 5 credits.
Do not download this game.
The odds are rigged against you. You would have a better chance going to a casino and playing slots for an hour. Total money grab and a scam. Hope they delete off the App Store.
