WCPE Cuts my Screentime!
When I connect my WCPE radio app to my speaker, sometimes the speaker will cut out if I switch to anything else. So i just put my phone down and listen and do my work. With great sections, great hosts, and only fundraising ads, it is a refreshing thing to listen to good old fashioned radio for a change.

My only regret is that I didn’t know about WCPE until a few days ago. Streaming The Classical Station is beauty in a worldly abyss of noise, grandstanding, monetizing, fear, division, and nonsense.

Moved out of NC, but I love listening to this whenever. The app is great, the commentators are all great, it’s just the marches that I still don’t like. But whatever, the app is awesome to have
Content is the best
The content and curation are top notch, however I give the app 4 stars because the sound quality is lower than other similar apps, if this is fixed, it’s a straight 5 stars.

Just the right mixture of famous and not, and the announcers are soothing and easy to listen to. And the best part these days is that there isn’t any news.

I grew up listening to the station on the radio because that is what my mom would have on. Now, as an adult, I’ll find myself missing the station. I keep going back to it. The app is great- bc now I don't need a radio to listen. The music selection is great and thoughtful, and the presenters are very informative and not annoying- something other radio stations fall short of. This is a gem of a station- I hope they keep up the good work!

WCPE checks all the boxes for me
I have listened to WCPE for 25 years and it has given me many wonderful musical experiences. The programming is varied and has introduced me to music I didn’t know while also providing music that I have loved for decades.

Great station, wonky app
Love your station and music programming, but the app is very fussy. Often freezes up and then starts and stops. I’ve tried removing it, restarting phone, then reinstalling (per station’s suggestion), but that didn’t do much. Hope for better results going forward…
