App delivery time not accurate states food still cooking when food arrived at destination said arrival 25 mins to go when food arrived but food is excellent

Good to have an app and make 5% saving. My order remained as “cooking” - I called the restaurant and they said , verbatim “it’s been ready for ages” …. There should be a notification on the app to let the customer know !!

This was an awful experience and won’t be going back again. Ordered on the online app, delivery for 5.50pm at 6.04pm got a text saying it was delayed at 6.29pm I phoned to see if my order was on its way I was told the owner was delayed on the motorway and they were short staffed it would be with me in 10 minutes I asked for the owner to phone me as I wanted a refund. The owner phoned me at 6.37pm saying sorry and my meal would be 5 to 7 mins. The meal eventually arrived at 7pm with a mixed starter as compensation. Appalling service
